Caldari Research International - Shareholding
CRI is a shareholding company for a trade, research and production company.
CRI is now selling shares for longterm investments on
the following plan:
2000 Shares of 3 million isk per share.
Dividends ammount to minimum 5% of the total investments per 14 days,
meaning if you invest 30 million isk, you will never recieve less than
1.5 million per 14 days. (Dividens normally paid every month)
Minimum payment will never be less than 5% per 14 days, but on the other
hand, there is no limit to how big the payment might get. It all depends
on market situation, and how well the sales and research go.
On a max luck situation, corp gets a tech2 bpo, a massive contract, or the
likes,and dividends will skyrocket.
On a max fiasko situation, corp goes belly up, assets will be liquified, and
your investments will be paid back to you 100%, and you might have earned a
few isk's in the process.
The minimum payout for shares, plus 60% of any profit after dividens,
made by the corp will be handled and divided my Caldari Research International.
I.e: Corp profits a total of 1000 mill isk in a month, thats 1000 mill, - 600 mill
= 400 mill, 60% of 400 mill = 240 mill divided by the shareholders. (600 mill is
the minimum dividend total on 2000 shares. If not all shares r sold, this will not
be accurate.)
Not alot you might say, but thats ontop of the 10% of your investments, so in
a long term view, it turns out to quite a bit. The remaining profit is invested in
things to make profit even higher.
What does the corporation get from this you ask ?
We get the ability to get new tools, blueprints, minerals, skills, and what else we
need to make our profit, and your profit as high as possible.
All shareholders are given the opportunity to reclaim their investments after
3 months. This means that if you after 3 months, are not satisfied, you can
sell the shares back to the company for the buying sum, minus the dividends
you have already recieved. This to make sure all investors are happy with the
service presented to them. Alternatively you can sell them on to someone else
for whatever amount you feel like. CRI does NOT broker these sales tho !
HowTO: Transfer 3mill x the number of shares you want to DACHMON
Be sure to add "SHARES" as reason for payment. Your shares will be transferred to you
from the corporation within 12 hours.
You are protected from scam by CCP's EULA and forum rules. And as such, this should be
as safe as possible, or rather without any risks at all.
There is currently: 2000 Shares availible.
IMPORTANT: CRI IS NOT THE MAIN CORPORATION, BUT A SHAREHOLDING COMPANY !

Like who are you ? Come on ... its cute but unless people know you ...no one will send you isk ... or at least no one with any business flair...
EVE's share market is in its infancy...at best ...only a solid reputation at corp level can allow people to draw capital from share emission ....

The corp in question prefer to stay anonymous. Mainly because some ppl dec
on everyone and anything that looks to have a isk or two.
I have no reason to be trusted whatso-ever. BUT, that beeing said, why risk
getting my accounts banned for a lame scam ? Forum scams are not allowed by ccp.
Furthermore, im not asking people to do huge investments if they dont have any faith
in me. First shares have already been sold, and if noone else wishes to buy shares in
this corp, i hope perhaps they will when they see that the few that do, actually get what they pay for.
Sometimes the biggest rewards comes from things that are new and unknown.
If you dont wanna risk it, dont do it.

You're besides the point... being annonymous ruins your prospect of raising capital...
and its not the scam I'm worried of... as you rightly point out forum scams are policed by CCP and properly dealt with... its the NO guarantee what so ever that you have any business acumen and a feasible idea to turn a reasonable profit regularly ...
You're basically saying ...

I am willing to purchase 15 shares off you at a total price of 45 million isk. As a token of goodwill, may I request an evemail stating the company you work for, or at least a main character with which you associate yourself with said corporation.
Based on the quality of your post, and the damage that can be caused by scamming, I am confident that this is a genuine venture and would be happy to be a part of it. I will transfer the isk in a few hours when I return home from work.

Hi good people.
I know keeping the main corporation secret is a very bad move for getting people to invest. But i tried this one before, and noone in the corporation that i had then, was able to undock for weeks due to pirates and lowlifes :(
I will continue to keep it a secret, and reward the few that show me some trust as much as i possibly can. |

Actually, the situation is slighly better. Forum rules disallow scamming, although can't remember anyone receiving punishment for that. Anyway, in the worst case scenario you would lose your ability to post here.
Now, would receiving a warning or forum ban be worth of 6000 millions ISK...hmm, let me think.
Although, I kinda guess if you were trying to scam you wouldn't promise so good benefits; no real business plan, full money-back guarantee, guaranteed profits. Nobody would believe them.
Anyway, why don't you use your main char for this post? I reckon MrMorph would be far more known, whether for good or bad. See your other post

First of all, MrMorph has absolutely nothing to do with this corp or the corp in question, neither is he a benefiter from the deal.
Secondly, yes i could run away with the isk, anyone could.
Thirdly business plans without potential income is retarded. ISS plans show absolutely no
way in hell that you will get your investments back, EVER... While plans like this with minimum 10% pr month would go profitable in maximum 10 months.
Im not telling anyone to do anything they do not want to, its all up to the people that feel
like it.
I would expect some kind of ingame action for a scam of those porportions anyways.

You get MINIMUM 10% of total investment pr month.
So 30x3 = 90mill = You get minimum 9 mill payback pr month.

Corp will not be revealed under any sicumstances.
Anyways, this investment opportunity has already had so much bad
publicity, that i think im gonna take the isk invested and try to make
those customers happy. I havent got the will to be forumwhoring for people
who scream scam and such.
The people who have invested will get their cut, and anyone willing to invest
will also get their cut. People that dont want to invest as the plan stands,
please dont.

Just to point out something that it seems has been missed:
Although CCP (in theory at least) protect scamming on the forums, they do not protect failed business plans. Although I think the intentions here appear to be honourable, the fact that there is no indication of who you are investing with or what their corp has the ability to do makes the possibility of pure business failure a very real option.
Something to keep in mind.

You are totally right.
That is why I said that incase of business failure, corp assets (Im making sure its sufficient), will be liquified, and investments will be payed back in full.
This just to avoid just that, losses in case of failure.
Edit: Furthermore, your investments will not be used for any assets that are
dispencable so to speak, investments will only be used for items that are possible
to turn back into isk.
In case of months with total market failure, corp not profiting enough to pay dividends,
my main will make sure dividends are payed in full no matter what. (Thats MrMorph incase
anyone didnt see that from previous posts. Keep in mind however that MrMorph and his corp/alliance has abo****ely nothing to do with this business)
After all, 600 mill a month minimum dividends amount to 20 mill/day, wich is basically
nothing.
I asure you and anyone else, you will NOT loose your money. |
