Dear Sony Online Entertainment (aka CCP)
Could you please have someone who knows about this situation at least say something about what is going on with this and if there is any chance of it being fixed in the near future.
When this first started happening to me it took me about 5 - 10 minutes of constant retrying to get back into the game. I had almost gotten away from the affected area when I got stuck again. It took me an hour of trying over and over to get back in but I got stuck at the stargate. Now I am starting this all over again with the hopes of getting out of the affected are this time...

had the problem to log to my main character who just happend to be in Jita. was able to login just 5 min ago, so i set rout to leave caldari space, but didnt get far. at the jumpgate i got no responds. loged off and now its failing again.

Looks like New Caldari might be ok now

At the moment we are having a server crisis that is getting logs of
players stuck. Unfortunately we are not able to move players at
the moment so we have no option but to wait for the downtime for
this to be sorted. We sincerely apologize for the trouble. |

Same thing happened to me in New Caldari  , and I was right in the middle of 3 conversations too *sigh*
EDIT: Please post what system you are in, apparently some systems are down.
Same as you: I'm down for the count in New Caldari. At a wild guess it looks like the entire Kimotoro constellation got sucked into a black hole (or could it be the second opening of Eve?).

Don't count on it. I was able to re-enter 4 times I think it was and each time it took longer to get back into the game after it froze/stuck. I am finally away from the area, so it is possible. (Though my quick run to Jita to buy some ship equipment took over 2 hours.)
Anyways, I have gotten away. Yipee!!! 
My advice to those still having this problem - get away from Jita/Perimeter as quickly as you can if you want to be able to play until this is fixed. (I understand it is also affecting other areas. I only experianced it in Jita and Perimeter. Once I finally made the jump to Ikuchi I knew I had gotten away. )

I got a succesfull login first time to day, I was docked in Jita. Some windows were unable to load, so I decided to relog. And now can't log back in, it just loads and then dumps me back to the character selection screen.... Time to get away from Jita me thinks...

it took 4 logins but managed to get into minitar republic and now no issues...
..
apart from some screens allways opening on me when i dock.. and a couple of other strange things.
but playable

Guys, it might help them debug it if we switch on the Exception Windows in the Escape/Setup area - Generic. The option is on the left side near the bottom.
My exception is as follows (I hope it fits).
Actually I've just realised it has some ID info in there so this will be modified and sent via email to [email protected]. I suggest u guys all do the same. The more info they have the easier it will be for them to fix.

Mine is worse.. was in niya bot some ships on escrow ..paid the iskies as escrow was locked ..money deducted and escrow still remain!!! then got discoed and now cant get in ...failed..every time ..only when using alts can i go in

I created a P^2 account yesterday evening, created a char in Kisogo, and was never able to log on. The "Entering game as xxx" window pops up and nothing happens.
I created another char, but failed to end the creation process: the character selection window and the last character creation window "blend" with each other, and after a logoff, the new char does not appear (tho the first one I created remains). Did this twice, and it ended the same way : blended windows and char disappears after logoff.
My 2 other accounts work fine btw. Is it related to Kisogo, or is it that the new bloodlines generate errors ?

I got myself logged into Jita, but I get system errors all over the place. I wasn't even able to see what ships I had in my hangar (although I can now), can't undock, character sheet is stuck, chat is ****** up... I can log in with my alts though.

So far, the following things seem to be buggen for me:
Assets, Wallet, Ship Hangar, Map, Undocking (that's probably because Jita is down), Channels and Mailing lists, Corp/Local/etc chat, Char Sheet.
Everything else *seems* to be working like they should. Don't take my word for it though.
It's just sad this has to happen when I'm finally able to fly my BS (and it's also 3-4 jumps from Jita, so I would have no trouble flying it, but I just can't get the hell out of Jita, because I can't freaking undock!!)

Jita- Main cannot logon. Failed at Character Selection after clicking portrait.
Northern regions- Alts on my main and secondary accounts both cannot login in three northern systems. I cant disclose where for security reasons but Im filling out a bugreport asap.

I have been able to undock and jump out of Jita just before DT, only I got stuck when jumping... well... at least I'm now out of the problem zone (I hope anyway).

Me too, just five minutes ago, in Perimeter. Wallet blanked, market died, etc. Relogged and can't get back in.

I'm having the same problem. This char is in Kisogo. Both my Main in khanid and my other alt in jita can log in just fine. It's not the end of the world but it's still annoying

I have the same problem
"Failed" upon login from char screen this morning at 0900 (all times CET+1) and now at 1915.
I was in briefly at 1850, got stuck immediately outside space station, and had partial loss of connectivity at that point (i.e. agent info not loading, looping endlessly). No idea what system exactly, but it is Caldari and within wto jumps of Jita (sp?)
Plus, when this happens my characters show as "Member of [starter corp] for 1 day" on the character screen, which is wrong. Anyone else seeing this?
Plus, when I tried to file a petition in the "other" category (in game browser) and typed 20 paragraphs of well-behaving-citizens-bug-hunting-background-info, this is what I got:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: print_charset() in /cgi-bin/eve_online.cfg/scripts/enduser/acct_new_mb.php

(Dear CCP, please please preserve/recover my form input when I hit the "back" button in the in-game browser like most modern browsers do, as few are happy typing detailed problem reports twice, many thanks).
Not filing bug report for the moment as I assume by know the problem is known and swamping their inbox doesn't really help.
