That's because most people are out playing the game and creating their own content instead of asking for CCP to create content for them. The WiS crowd is a special exemption to this.

Last story I heard of TomB is that he started work on some super secret project, like 6 years ago. About 2-3 years ago he supposedly came back to work on EVE, but instead of re-doing game design he became a crappy code monkey.

Now that I've dropped that bomb, I will go onto what I was going to say. They made a terrible fo-par referencing the features and ideas section when not only is there very few WiS threads in there, but the ones that are opened are closed as duplicates very quickly. I might point you to the first page of General Discussion instead, where there are currently two threads. One of which is one of the largest non-stickied threadnaughts to ever grace the Eve-O forums.

I'm not using that to assert that 'WiS' is the most requested feature blah blah blah, but it is talked about a lot. I could give more examples of why WiS is a popular topic, but that will do for the time being.

I am not really trying to prove a point, just being conversational.
