Please give us 1 system 00 space controled by navy.
Only 1 sytem with lots of astroid belts in it .
I was in 0.0 at the big blue pill and was killd all the time by Satan and kickass and Heinky and Shin ra and Masta Killa .
Lost implants and ships and i cant stay there anymore .
I am bankrupt. They bankrupt my whole corp .
But we love to kill the rats in the astroid belts .
The corp is not able to use jump clones because we dont have the standings yet.
The corp we have built is getting no where NO ISK NO SHIPS TO FLY IN and no place to hunt nice rats .
And the players dont like to fly the missions any more .
2 players already quit Bored to hell .
Pl help me save my corp .

i think your corpies might also have left because of bad spelling and grammar
0.0 space controlled by the navy defeats the purpose of 0.0 space
you can probably get most of the rat killing/asteriod mining goodness in 0.1
without infringing on the territory of an alliance

You posted this brilliant plan in another thread too. It's a perfect idea:
10,000 little miners will all flood the same set of belts, fighting and snarling over each rock. Between the over-stripped fields, ore thieves, lag, and war declarations, that system will turn into the best haven for griefers in the history of this game. Plus, all those miners too frightened to venture into dangerous territory will be out of the way, overall lag will drop. Plus the gates will perma-lock due to cluster overload so they'll all be there to stay out of my way.

The mining belts I was referring to in o.o should not
incclude current 0.0 specific ores e.g cokite for zydrine. This would avoid a deterioration of the market and an enormous influx by miners.
In conlusion people would be able to hunt rats in the belt...

I get chased around by Player Pirates in 0.3 Space all the time.
Why in Gods name would you Complain you got killed many times in a 0.0 System??? It's Obvious what is going to happen.
And if Doing Kill Missions was boring for some members of your Corp
It's obvious they where on there way out of the game even if you did have free range of the 0.0 System.
But the way I see it, Everyone in your Corp Should not be bored now as you have to rebuild! fun!
And the best part about rebuilding is you get to choose a different path. Maybe a winning path this time *smiles*

You're suggesting they make a high sec system in 0.0 where you can fight the best NPCs in peace (and you're ignoring the 10,000 players that'd come out to those systems to do the same as you) just because you can't protect yourself in 0.0 but refuse to leave and move somewhere that you can protect yourself in?

Find a friendly alliance that will agree to let your corp set up shop in their territory. You may have to pay a fee. Or maybe you can join the alliance.
There are plenty of empty systems out there.
In the meantime, stick to high sec space...sounds like you have a lot of rebuilding to do.

and i though this was a joke...
1. concord mining, go to empire, IPS is and allways be 0.0
2. IPS may be under TBB souv, but like any 0.0 system(s), it`s a nightmare to keep it secure
3. losing expensive mods the first time, should have pointed out not to use expensive gear if u can`t defend ur self
4. jump clones would have had no use for u, as u would have kept using expensive gear, so i don`t get that part
5. big rats u have in empire, missions with no risk of some 1 coming along and blow u up
6. there is an public IPS channel where system security status is being said/asked, when hostiles (for us) as around, big chance u`d be blowup aswell
conclusion to ur post:
stay in empire (save low end mining) with big rats from missions
sry to sound harsh, but it is 0.0

Rats hunting in 0.0 is boring as hell ,it`s like mining roids .
And there are some Alliance where you can hunt ,in there belts where they kill all pirats for you,where you don`t need a pass they are all so open minded,like CVA and Huzzah,well what you want more?So there is no need for concord in 0.0 if you have those lovely Alliance`s that wanna make from there space also a space for you.

Easy solution. If your corp can't fight its own battles, hire a merc corp to fight them for you. O.E.C is currently open to contract discussions. You can contact someone in channel OEC.

Yes, I agree that I should be able to earn stupid ammounts of isk with no risk at all, all the time protected by concord. I demand it!!! KTNXXBYE!
No seriously - to make profits you need to accept the risks involved - and having a "big game reserve" just takes that away. Either get a lvl 4 agent - or just do what everyone else does (ok, apart from those that spend all their time whining on the forums).
If you avoid the main systems, stick to unclaimed/rarely used space you can make a real killing.
Or just get a hunting pass from FA :)

You posted this brilliant plan in another thread too. It's a perfect idea:
10,000 little miners will all flood the same set of belts, fighting and snarling over each rock. Between the over-stripped fields, ore thieves, lag, and war declarations, that system will turn into the best haven for griefers in the history of this game. Plus, all those miners too frightened to venture into dangerous territory will be out of the way, overall lag will drop. Plus the gates will perma-lock due to cluster overload so they'll all be there to stay out of my way.

The mining belts I was referring to in o.o should not
incclude current 0.0 specific ores e.g cokite for zydrine. This would avoid a deterioration of the market and an enormous influx by miners.
In conlusion people would be able to hunt rats in the belt...

While I dont agree with the op, I got caught there too and it highlighted one of the big problems with Eve, combat. There was a bubble and a whole bunch of ships and I was just quickly blown up. Didn't even get the "rush" I usually get from pvp. Quite an uninteresting "battle". My feeling is that all too often, combat tends to be like this, maybe not always this wholly one-sided, but generally (yes, yes, not always) it's fairly pre-ordained.
The other problem, btw, imho, is travel. Way too slow. Why are we essentially forced to use instas to go any distance? It's rather silly.
That's my 2 isk. Sorry, wasnt trying to hijack the thread. Please go and check my spelling and grammar now.

I think they use IPSPuclic and IPSNews chat channels to keep you informed of hostilities in that part of space. In the end it's 0.0 and you can expect to get shot at.
Like others said it's risk vs reward where it sounds like you didn't do a very good job in minimizing the risk. Once you know which are the bad guys there's really no reason to get blown up by them over and over again. Especially with your entire corp. Sounds like lvl4 missions or cosmos might be more your thing.

It would be cool though if some of the higher sec space somtimes plunged into lawlessness for some reason or another. Invading non-empire NPC's or something or just contested Empire space for some other reason (maybe we will see this in the empire/factional wars the Devs were talking about).
Maybe not for a long time but for the odd day Concord lose control of a system making it effectivly 0.0.
Just a thought not a request :p

Your corp mate got a very reasonable price for protection from these evil bastards. In return he flammed me and said he didnt need big blue space for that much.
Considering the price asked for was equivalent to the loot one of your ships dropped it was VERY generous.
So please dont come on here and moan about not having easy 0.0 access.

So your corp is quitting because they have no acces to 0.0. Ok that's kind of weird. I'm trying to imagine what went throught their heads... "i want 0.0...hmmm noone jumping to bring it to me... ok that's it, i quit!"... ?! 
I wish there was more money to be made in 0.0 as there is running missions in empire.. really i do. So hmmm, what was your excuse again for not finding ways to where you want to go?? |

Doesn't Empire 0.0 exist exactly as the OP describes? IIRC, there's some in aridia for example...
Systems with sec between 0.0 and 0.1 that get names and sovereignty, but get their sec rounded down to 0.0.

this may be a simple solution but if u cant afford to keep gettign shot or to defend urself in lowsec then.... Stay out of Lowsec!!
U may no tmake much cash in empire but by the sounds of it u'll be making a lot more than what u are now and then just build urself and corp up a bit until u have the strengths to defend urself and get settled sumwhere
