Shattered Light is a mid-sized corporation experienced in industrial and military operations. We are geared towards being an efficient and effective force for good in the Forge and Geminate regions. And we have lots of things for prospective members to do, including:
- Engaging in anti-pirate PvP operations, in both small squadrons and larger fleets
- Running empire trade routes
- Manufacturing ships, ammo and other items both in Empire and our POSes
- Lucrative ratting in 0.0 space
- Running deadspace complexes near our bases
Besides these activities, we also actively promote character growth by providing assitance acquiring ships and skills, along with advice on appropriate fittings and tactics. Whether you are die-hard industrialist interested in flying a Hulk, or a fleet-commander-in-training who is angling for a carrier, we can help you achieve your goals.
Militarily, Shattered Light operates a complete fleet of ships, from tech 1 frigates up to carriers and dreadnoughts. Our military is organized into squadrons, and individual pilots are encouraged to choose areas of speciality so they can have the most fun and be the most effective. Given our strong anti-pirate stance, there are always plenty of targets for PvP operations, and our region includes pirate groups of a variety of skill levels to challenge novice and experienced PvPers alike.
Our Industrial arm operates both in Empire and in 0.0. We have completely self-sufficient production capability for all tech 1 items, and enough ISK production ability to buy everything else. We have access to excellent ores as well as markets in multiple regions, ensuring good prices with low travel times.
In order to serve our newest members effectively, Shattered Light has formed an Academy for cadets. Prospective recruits who do not meet the formal requirements for joining Shattered Light will instead join the Academy, where they will learn the basics of the game from our experienced Shattered Light division leaders. Cadets will get guidance on how to select skills and attributes appropriate to their desired career. Career-specific instruction also helps cadets learn how to operate effectively in Shattered Light, with the ultimate goal being a productive life in 0.0. Once the graduation requirements have been met, the cadet will be offered a position in Shattered Light itself as a full member.
