1. Let me get out of my ship in stations (also implementing some sort of housing in space stations, space walking would also be neat to do repairs on your ship mid journey).. easily "podded" in spacewalk..
2. Voice/Video transmissions in game via mic/webcam :) Almost like star trek (I hate trek).
3. Let me land on planets! Please!
4. A wider variety of space objects, and maybe some that move between systems if its possible (like meteors, comets etc.)
5. Make stars bigger. I know it sounds silly, and they really do look nice.. but I flew through one once.. and when you discover that the centers of all these systems are the same sized glowing ball (thats hardly the size of a planet) it hurts me a little inside. Not that this game is "accurate". But size counts, its the vastness that makes this game cool - and little glowing balls for suns may look pretty - but I rather see a huge sun that gets really really small and only looks like a small glowing ball from the outer planets.
6. In*****pit viewing. (No real strategic purpose, just game enhancing for when you are cruising along..)
7. An extension of my first point to allow your character to walk around - allowing your player to.. move about in their ship, would be great as well.
8. Improved bounty system. Allow people to search for all people with bounties on their heads - or bounties that are a specific amount - or for bounties with a specific play time.. something that suits their skill.. (based on an educated guess of course, you never know what they're packing)
9. Ship customization. Honestly, let me paint/decal my ship. Having a customer character is only cool if you are playing that character. Otherwise, you just have a bunch of ships that look generic. given they are nice looking, and theres a good variety. But having my corps logo, or my own paint job on my ship would be enjoyable
10. Graphical update: Atmosphere on some planets. Some planets should have (if I havent noticed this before) - atmospheres seperate from their landmass. I think it would be extreemely aesthetically pleasing to an already vibrant game to have planets that looked a little more alive. Having a layer of clouds or gasses floating above a surface which is reflective of light or something would look brilliant and make the planets a lot more realistic looking.
Anyhow, I'm pretty noob to Eve, as some of my top 10 may exemplify, but those are the things that have stood out since I started, the things that right off the bat I think "god I wish this game did this:" these are the things I think would bring more players to the world of EVE.
