In all seriousness, I think the coolest thing you could possibly do would be to introduce a racial "voltron" so that each race would have 5 ships introduced, say a frig/destroyer/cruiser/bc/bs that all had regular type bonuses and worked fine on their own, but as a special ability could all combine into one ship. This ship does not have to be humanoid, or have a blazing energy sword like voltron, but the ability to form one big badass ship with a bunch of bonuses would be ROFLOMGPWNBBQ!!1 PLEASE SOME KIND OF COMBINING OF SHIPS
2. Fix local please...if something cloaks it should vanish from local. If I wish to join the local channel then I can, to see if anyone else is in local, if not, then I dont show up in local and dont have to have it open. Local makes combat so stupid so many times...
3. Instas...I had a good idea about simply making the ship take a longer amount of time to align, the closer you wanted to warp to a gate than 15km. You could introduce skills to lower the alignment delay as well....So once fully aligned, if you wanted to warp within 2.5km you would have to wait an extra 5 seconds for instance....very simple. You could also set it to automatically do that hopefully.
4. Help the megathron. Blasters suck so much cap and its very difficult to fit the ship out well unless you have amazing skills, some implants, and great equipment. Seriously, I still have a little trouble with it and I have all of the above. More damage please, or higher ROF, better tracking...something...less cap usage....
5. Put mines back into game, here is a balanced and badass link to my mine idea thread http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=200054 this include a mine layer ship and good balancing ideas...you could probably implement it as its described here without any issues.
6. Make dreads more useful in fleet engagements....Maybe make them lock faster and track better and have some specialized anti BS weapons for them, but make it so they cant go into siege mode or something...but I think dreads should be able to be used in fleet battles in a balanced way...
7. Please have alot more sounds for when you play. I.E. When a war target locks me and I am in a frigate, it should say "enemy is engaging, engage in evasive manuvers" or something cool. Or when shields are broken, it should say "shields down" or when cap is low "capacitor failing". I could provide you with a huge list of things it could say, just ask, Id be happy to provide :) Also some special music should kick in when an enemy comes near you, like something from gladiator for instance.
8. Make self destruct a real option for PVP. Make it so depending on ship size you will do X damage for X range if you auto destruct your ship in pvp...only affect war targets in empire, and everyone in 0.0 This should also deprive your enemy of any loot they might have gotten from killing you, however it means you will surely be destroyed and have no chance to escape. It should say... "select > auto destruct > 5/10/20/30/60 seconds" So the enemy has some time to escape as well...Might even be useful to scare inties out of blast range, then u can warp off?
9. This should be number 2, but I forgot. Please make security type agents offer at many more increments, like every 5 missions maybe? And make them offer alot more navy issue type stuff, even if its not something amazing. I would love to be able to get constant offers for neat items to trick out my cruisers and frigates with. Also could offer 1 run bpc of tech 2 ships, JOY Just ALOT more navy issue stuff....navy issue anything and everything for offers
10. Tech 2 ships and items should have limited run bpc rewarded by agents or offered by agents. So maybe for 5k points I could have a limited run bpc for tech 2 ammo, enough for 5k rounds or something...and just have it increase from there.
