1. More Tech 2 ships (especially frigs) with very specific roles. EW Frigate? Logistics Frigate? Drone Frigate? Cargo Frigate? Ninja-Mining Frigate?
2. The ability to modify a module/ship and name it. I want to take a 150mm Railgun I, change some stats (within reason), give it a new name ("Vaux's Shotgun"?), and then have a BPO of it to do with as I desire. This should require some high level skills and/or a "research ship". The possibility to do this with Tech2 modules should be available as well. Reverse Engineering should go along with this as well.
3. An easier jump from BS to Capital ships, the skills are crazy expensive and take a long time.
4. More Capital Ship classes and variations. How about a "small and fast" Frieghter with less cargo? Or a bigger and slower one? A BS Killer? A Logistics capital ship (like a carrier, but with more support modules and less/no drones)? A Moon miner (like a POS, but mobile)? An astroid ore miner, like a barge but larger and with serious weaknesses?
5. More illegal items that can only be made or traded outside of an NPC station. This should include ships/modules, not just random NPC goods that have no real use. They should also become available by means other than Agents and Complexes.
6. Allow people to "rent-out" their POS facilities to the general public. I want to rent someone's research lab or factory at a remote location so that I can do those illeagal manufacturing jobs. Or, I want to set up a POS and rent out the facilities (and actually make money from a POS!) This should not be limited to Corp or Alliance members, or to anyone that I have made a verbal agreement with. Instead, it should be like an Outpost, where the pilot is prompted for a fee, and charged automatically.
7. A POS market facility. If not for the whole market, then only to sell the items produced at that POS, and only to buy the items needed by the POS (fuel, minerals for manufacturing). Perhaps there can be different levels of markets, and the top-end can be the whole market, and smaller market modules can only allow the trading of a group of items, like minerals, ammo, weapons, etc.
8. Seed the Test Server with everything for 1 ISK, make all Skills take 1 second to train, and give everyone a billion ISK. Or find another way for players to test advanced content en masse.
9. The ability to create jumpgates (I like the POS idea)
10. Stock Market
