nice you've put some work into it, but i have some further explaining
1st) mining foreman mind link: 15% yield 50% command bonus or whatever
this is for the char in the bc
2nd) also for the bc the skill squadron commander gives 10% to effectivity
at lvl 4 mining foreman and lvl 3 squadron commander you get like 10.4%
with both at lvl 5 you should get 15% add this with the mining foreman mindlink implant (slot 10) you'll get 20% in total to yield
3rd) the slot 7 implant aka the michi excavator gives 5% yield to mining lasers, don't know whether that also apply's on barges or exhumers

i got lvl 4 mining director and lvl 4 squadron comm and i get a bonus 11.2% which should only be 8% if it were only mining director that counts, unfortunately the module is bugged atm so i don't really get that amount so yeah
and then there is the mining foreman mindlink affourse that gives another 50% to command boost and 15% to mining (still unconfirmed whether the 15% goes to group also) and about the michi i also still don't have a confirmation about whehter it applies on strip miners on barges, if those apply you can check in another FAT bonus for mining

dev said the mining foreman crystal optimization link is sort of fixed on test server, won't give extra yield but it'll decrease cycle time, has anyone tested it so we can have some results?

How about the mining foreman drone module, and the mining drone optimization riggs? has anyone tested these yet?

that's a gang module, needed to be fitted on a bc, command ship or capital ship, the riggs can be installed on the mining ship itself.
and yes it seems like the mining foreman drone improvement module is going to come (finally) in Kali
other then that there were no noticable increases or new equip for miners
