Hello again Market Discussion Community. I am back looking to expand my bond to a total of 10B, so I have 5.2B to fill. My last bond was for 5B but I was only able to get 4.8B so I am looking to make it a nice round number.
I have chosen to expand it now due to a sudden influx of blueprint deals and opportunities and because this is my first week of winter break so I have about a month to get the new influx of isk invested. Also because in a few months I will start plexing my account and want to be able to continue to expand and this 5.2B will allow me to do so and plex at the same time.
So details and Numbers:
Bond info:
- 5.2B
- Interest: 10% per month
- Minimum investment: 100m
- Length: I will guarantee 3 months of interest provided you keep your isk invested during the 3 months, I do plan for it to last longer than that.
- Uncollateralized
- Interest payment every month
- Cash out option available within 24-48 hours of request
History
My last bond was to allow me to make a large number of battleships leading up to the expansion which turned out well for me. I have since then been reinvesting that isk into other projects some of them have a more dependable income stream then others. I have over the course of that bond established several connections to other groups who can supply me with the materials I need to greatly increase my production.
I currently do not run my assembly lines much more than 50% of the time because I do not have the isk to keep them running with the current projects I do have. I could do cruiser production and I have done some but it is not as much income as my other projects. My current projects require a large source of isk to keep them running efficiently. I have had great success with these projects, most of them are easy to get out of should I need to and have a turnover rate of 48h on my main project if I am on the ball at all points in production.
Listed here are my major projects that account for the majority of my resources.
Projects:
Moon goo - I do not plan to expand this at this time
Faction ships/modules GÇô Primary purpose if this bond is to expand my faction production. (main project)
T2 ships GÇô Short term I plan to build the BPCs I have and then not focus heavily on it until I get 2 alts for copying and building the parts to help streamline the process.
Cruiser Production GÇô if I see a week of no heavy production then I will put a few in but long term not much at this time.
Current Plan:
I currently just bought a bunch of BPC that should keep me producing for the next week but I am unable to make full use of them do to a large amount of my capital being tied up in a short term project that I will be mostly out of within 24h. I will then be working on buying a bunch of faction BPCs that will greatly increase my profits and provided my suppliers can supply me with them I will have it become a much more constant income stream.
Scamming:
As usual it is best to mention this in every bond. Scamming is an ever present threat to our lively hood. I do not plan to steal this, but as everyone will say and should say, I have given no collateral so I will lose nothing. True I will lose no monetary items but I will lose the ability to ask for another expansion which I would like to have the opportunity to do as it has helped me expand much more efficiently than I could have ever done on my own.
To help migrate these fears I will be once again giving out my api key to all investors and all potential investors will receive a temporary api key. You can then see that I have been selling industrial items (ships, modules, etc.). You can also see I do have a strong skill set (Eve skill points) in industrial areas and a large number of my assets are industrially related. I will also be continuing to do a weekly update to all investors that state my profits, items sold, projected profits for the month, actual profits for the month, current/future plans, and any information the investor will find useful (next interest payment). I can send any potential investor several weeks of bond reports so you can see what they look like. I have before chosen not to out send a bond report for a week due to time constraints and it being mid-week before I get the time to and I have the chosen to combine the two weeks. I am always available to explain my plans with any of my investors so if you have a question about something I encourage you to send a mail/convo and I will do everything I can to answer your question.

First month of interest was sent out. If you expanded or area new investor you recieved a partial amount since you were not in for a whole month. If you believe I made a mistake on your interest payment send me a mail and I will see what went wrong. |
