Intergalactic Summit,
For many years, Ishuk-Raata has wandered lands far from home. For many years, we have brought our ways and knowledge to the outer reaches, and we have learned those of others. We have beaten, and we have been beaten. We have humbled, and we have been humbled. We strive for conflict, not in mere defense of our people, but to strengthen our people. For we have heard the words of Cold Wind, and we are not content to ignore them. For the good of our people, for Ishukone, for the State... we will do this.
Toward that goal, the year of YC115 has been a fruitful one. Thousands of men and women have been recruited and trained. Millions of tonnes of materials have been moved and assembled. Through the dedication of our pilots, the hard work of our employees, and the support our parent Ishukone Corporation we have achieved our goal. The long eye of Ishuk-Raata has sought, and not been found wanting.
On fifteenth of December YC115, 2100 hours, the primary reactors of a Leviathan-class titan came online for the first time.
It is with great honor that I thus announce the Commissioning Ceremony of the IRV Gariushi-Oriki, flagship of our fleet.
Those in good or neutral standing to the Caldari State, Ishukone Corporation, or the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive will be invited by mail to attend the exclusive event. Those in poor standing will not be allowed to attend, and will be removed on sight.
Invitations will be sent the relevant corporate and individual authorities and must be confirmed by the invitee in writing via mail to be valid. Invitations will be considered null and void if no response is received by the 3rd of January. It is the responsibility of corporate authorities to disseminate invitations to their members and gather a list of attendees to be confirmed. Those arriving late may be turned away at the door.

Dress Code: Dress Whites / White Tie / Full Dress
Security will be provided by members of the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive. Attendees displaying violent or threatening behavior will be asked to leave. Those suffering gross intoxication will be asked to leave. Those causing considerable disturbance will be asked to leave. Those who refuse to leave will be nullified and thrown out.

Best of luck with the commissioning. Though I wonder if posting the time date and location of a titan publicly is the best idea. I hope I am wrong to think such could result in catastrophe. May she fly safe and true.

For obvious security reasons, the event will not be held at the titan's location. She is a military asset, not a parade ground. We will be hosting this event at our Headquarters in Malkalen.

It never ceases to amaze me the strength and endurance of the Caldari spirit. The construction of this behemoth stands as a testament to that fact. I surge with pride and honor to be a part of this organization, and to be a citizen of the Caldari State. Yet, I am careful to remind myself of the origins of my people. Let us never again be ruled by a singular-minded authority. Let us never again kneel before the cultural onslaught of a people much different from our own. And let Cold Wind guide us to use this celestial tool to ameliorate the lives of the Caldari State, and the people of Syndicate.

This is such an achievement, dear Caldari.
This organisation is one of unusual strength and resilience. As I know it, Ishuk-Raata has had its moments of glory, its heights and applauded successes as well as the moments which stood as the polar opposites to these times. Through each, I have found you to shine on - and to bring such a behemoth to life is, if anything, simply a reward for that simple ability to continue on and on, time and again, with a noble heart.
From my heart, my congratulations is yours. As is my continued respect and appreciation for such an upstanding pillar of our capsuleer community, in both war and peace. I hope that this vessel will serve as a responsible guardian of your fine values in both of those times, so that its power can be focused only on good works and right actions.
