I know every1 is really busy with the patch, but i filed this petition 9 days ago (before the bloodline patch) and still no GM responce 
So anybody know how long these thign usually take - 
Lets hope they jsut do what they did with the RMR patch where they jsut went through and gave reinbursments to everybody with very little investigation, seemed to work

Shouldn't take 9 days, though it can depend on what you're petitioning about, since some things has to be handled by senior GMs and might require a lot of investigating.

same here, i have had a T2 BPO i cant use for 9 days now, assets says its in my corp hangar, but corp hangar doesnt show it

I have also got a petition created on 03/02/2006 11:27 PM, and it hasnt even been answered by a person, let alone resolved. I mean, I appreciate that there's goign to be a fair wait because of the Patch and all that, but 9 days is just silly.

i had a tech 2 bpo dissapear totaly after it coming back from a unclaimed escrow...waiting 8 days now and nothing but the automatic reply. patch or no patch there is no excuse for such pathetic customer service
