I have completed the same version as the poster above me, but in a Muninn. 650mm II artillery loaded with EMP, T2 assault launchers with Piranha missiles and T2 warrior drones.

I finished all the parts last night, in the last room on 5th mission you have to destroy a manufacturing plant which have about 200,000+ hp, it dropped 100 units of carbon I completed all parts in a muninn

i dont know about best, but yesterday i got my worst compared to effort on the lvl 4 "In The Midst Of Deadspace" mission. The structure you have to destroy in the last part had about 200,000+ hp, and it dropped 100 units of carbon.
