Are they still going through? Or are there just that many of them because of patch deployment that you can't keep up?

Wasn't that we couldn't afford to lose it, more that we'd like to know when we can spend our ISK without worring that we might not have enough to give back to CCP for insurance..

The petition queue is still heavy, and some of the Devs have been assisting the GM team with the petitions. As such, the response time to petitions is longer than normal. You petition will be answered, it is going to take a bit of time.

If the devs didn't drop reported bugs from the test environment onto the life cluster, the petition queue would be much shorter.
I hope you got the responsible devs as reinforcements for the petition jobs. Maybe they'll check the effects of their work in the future and fix the reported bugs early in the design process. --*=*=*-- Megadon CCP wanted a well known artist and celebrity to test the new font so it's approval would be well known. Edited by: Helison on 13/03/2006 23:27:24 I¦m also VERY fed up about these long reply-times. My corp has also lost several BPOs due to buggy delivering of blueprints from lab.

a lot of those 'replies' and the tone in which they come are automated responses, so the GM just chooses which response to use and copies it in.....kinda sad....thats the only thing that ****es me off about the 'customer service'
