If u tell something about the reasons for the war u should tell the entire story. You started attacking our members from time to time for more than 1 month, so we decided to set u KOS. That was the reason i attacked and killed your senior member. You are pirates, as u said yourself, and then u started wining because the other side shot back.

After reading your post, I got very worried and thought I'd have a serious talk with the ones involved ... then I checked your killboards and didn't see any of us killing TSDS before the war declaration
I am sure you guys are very rigorous about the use of your killboards like any decent corp/alliance running a killboard so I am sure you made a mistake and we never shot down carnalpleasure .
So, Boltarr, did we shoot down carnalpleasure (and a quite a few others) or not?

@Kael: if u check their Killboard again it's more a fakeboard I killed one of them sunday morning, the kill is missing. And sunday evening they lost some ships, but only some of the losses are posted. Like they had to fake the reason for the war they now have to fake their killboard

you will find that some of our members post their kills all in one go once a week.
All members of our alliance are instructed to post both kills and losses, though like I said not always straight away.
Anyways good luck all round, though don't expect KIA to force us into surrendering, just a shame its not battle angels who were hired those guys are a great bunch!

Mable, the incident Fisty is referring to involved KIA and occurred several months ago. It has nothing to do with our current contract.
For your information it was a suicide run that several KIA pilots made to celebrate the end of a war. At the time the FC of the opposing fleet recognised it as such and honourably allowed the KIA pilots involved to get their pods out. The "controversy" has arisen because KIA did not include these ships in their contract losses although they were posted on our killboard.
You'll notice that most of the people whining on the forums about KIA, our tactics, our self promotion and boasting about selling faction loot they acquired from one of our pilots months ago etc etc.... recently got their arses handed to them and lost their claimed space. Something, I am proud to say, KIA played a part in. So they have good reason to dislike us, not that we give a toss .

No im not denying that we lost ships.I am hoping that everyone has posted the losses as well as the kills.We allways stress the importance of posting all kills and losses.And to try and get one thing straight,the war wasnt started because of a ship kill.It was because needless smack-talk/flames.Thats all it was nothing more.Fly safe,Fight smart

GL Kia, I hope to see more of you around US time. To those complaining about inaccurate killboards, please send all killmails not posted on the site to me personally ingame. I look after the killboard, and it is new to all of us so you won't see many killmails from February and before. Name one corp/alliance that 100% of their members post their kills and losses without missing a beat. You can beat it into them, swear and curse at them, but you're still not going to get them all to post everything. Luckily with the KIA contract, they have a killboard so I troll through that daily looking for unposted killmails to stick on our boards.
@Slyph, the fact you hired mercs to fight your war for you suggests you have other, larger issues to worry about than just complaining about fake/unposted killmails.
Anyway.. if you see a descrepency with our new allinace killboard, again its a new killboard for the alliance where before we only had the free EVEkill board for corp-only killmails, mail me directly ingame with the details and perferably the killmail and I will get it sorted. This will be a much more effective medium than whining about missing killmails (where is Slyph's killboard btw?)

Well, that's good to know, Osiris. I'll remind the sylph-members of that and will remind them that they can send the killmails to you, should they not see them there.
You know that we had some... weird alliance members to say the least. But the war has done us well and much scum (You know who I mean, and you know we've apologized... for their existance even :) ), and many people who never really stood behind the alliance are gone now.
Definitely, the war has done us well in many ways. We wouldn't have kicked those trouble-makers if someone had just "complained". I have learned to appreciate some TSBS members (I've only talked to TSBS members, no other TSDS members) and I understand that you have your reasons for your war. You don't really need to state them.
Of course, since this is a war, we can and will use the possibilities we have to to fight back too, without having to give our reasons either. If you insist though, you can contact me ingame and we can have a friendly conversation about our decissions :)
But to get back to the topic, I think that KIA are doing their job nicely and I'm satisfied with having hired them. I would certainly get back to them for other jobs any time, not because they are doing this one well, but because the lads over there are damn nice people, always up for a laugh.

Yep right again ex-PA troll. We managed to kill around 400 of you while we were sat in safe spots. I can't imagine what would have happened if we had left our safe-spots or undocked even. You are embarassing yourself.
