If you already got a BPO from a agent will you get more or is it handed out like one or so per character to prevent one character from getting too many BPO's.???
Need serious answer please..

If you are fortunate enough to have won a T2 BPO, you can restart the agent as before. Accepting the BPO offer resets the agent.

what do you mean restart?
like as in no research points??
and do characters get more than one bpo? or is it limited one per character or anything like that?

When you accept a BPO, all research points are lost with that agent and you start over again. And no, there is no limit to the number of t2 BPOs that one character can get -- in fact, it has been speculated (and widely accepted) that the system is broken because many people are getting multiple BPOs disproportionately.

I've been playing EVE in various forms since 2003 and I'm still waiting for my main character to get a BPO. I've come to the conclusion that I've upset CCP and my name has been flagged  (I was quite vocal about the frigate cruise missile changes - but I liked my kestrel with 4x cruise missiles).
I've even changed research agents a few times based on a misguided hunch that BPO's were more likely to be given to smaller RP totals. Ho hum. Sorry CCP...for whatever I did!

Yes, you can have more, although it's very unlikely, since even your first BPO will be very unlikely event as well.
You can increase you chances by running up to 5 research projects with 5 different agents, get research skills high and
also do missions for the agents. And since it's a lottery, in theory, you can get any amount of BPO's.
