I WANNA KNOW IS WRITTING CAP PART OF A RULES? CUZ MY CAP BUTTON IS BROKEN SO.. I WAS IN THE CHATRROM WRITTIN IN MY COOL CAPS AND EVERYONE BLOCK ME FOR SOME REASON :[. THEN I WENT TO
ROOKIE HELP WRITTING IN CAPS I HAD TO LEAVE CUZ SOME MOD GOT ANOOYED OF ME WRITTING IN MY COOL CAPS. HE GIVE ME 2 WARNING I DON'T WANAN KNOW THE THIRD. HE ACT LIKE I CAN'T WRITE IN CAPS

hold shift then.
or if your good with regedit
"In the Registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Keyboard Layout, create a DWORD value named Attributes, if it isn't already present. Double-click on it, then choose Hexadecimal, and set its value to 00010000. Now, when you press and release the Shift key while the Caps Lock is active, Caps Lock will turn off."

Typing in caps generally is assosiated with shouting, so just as youd tend to ignore sombody shouting constantly u ignore people typing in caps. It was a waste of time giving a serious respocne since this guys blatently kidding since not only are you typing in caps your also typing like an 8 year old, if not then i would advise the eve community to block you now.

Please don't post pointless threads. If your caps lock is really broken, restart your computer. As far as I know, no version of windows starts with caps lock on.
