I have just compiled a list of everyone who has replied here. I will be organizing it into areas and hope to plan a Non-Hurricane Affected get together in the Tampa Area soon. I am in the Gainesville area. My wife just started playing Eve as well. Her nick is Katarina Rose.
In total, there are 124 people listed so far!

The list is forthcoming! I have most of us grouped into regions. I am still wondering where to put the Seminole people. ;) If they get another Ivan or Katrina, they'll be merging with the Alabama or Georgia groups.
There are about a hundred people in-state on this list. I'm thinking a Gainesville meet and greet would be cool for those of us in this area. Email me in-game if you're interested, or at [email protected]

Sorry I have been out of touch! I have a major scuba event planned on the weekend before Halloween at Ginniespringsoutdoors.com It will be Oct 27-29. It is a scubaboard.com event but all are welcome. If anyone cares to join us, we'll be taking over the Turkey Roost area for camping/diving. Ask for Vizziegoth or Deepseawolf. Somebody will find me. :) I would like to start getting together with people in the near future. I think Orlando and Tampa are the most centralized locations. Send ingame messages to Shamshir. I will have the updated regional list out soon, and will post it here.

TENTATIVE EVENT SET!!!!!
Date is Saturday, October 27, 2007.
This will be a 12 hour event from 8am to 8pm.

We are still working on a price for the event.
Location is in Orlando, Florida.
This is literally across the street from UCF!
Once plans are finalised, I will have a sticky posted about this event. I am envisioning an American event that rivals Iceland's. This is just the beginning. Next step, THE WORLD!!! (insert evil laugh here)
