What if the Chinese detonated a nuclear bomb to cause a tsunami that targeted the Japanese power plants in order to create a crysis where Japanese people would be forced to inhabit its ghost cities?
Could this be replicated in jita, for scientific purposes?

The research conducted around WWII'ish was focused on using a nuclear detonation to cause a tectonic shift. The US and New Zealand experimented with atomic bombs in 1944 in order to create a Tsunami Bomb. It was called Project Seal.
They found a single bomb would not work but if they lined up a number of of them about 5 miles of shore it would create a destructive wave.
