what are the odds of one ship suiciding on a properly fitted battleship before concord comes ? was sort of curious about this.

nothing but a large group of BS would be able to do this and every siongle one would die. Its very impractical.

Howabout how many frigates would it take? How many are needed to overflow the concord tageting and killing speed at the same time taking out the BS?
...there... are.. so... many. of .. them...

The only practical way is to get a covert ops to find a battleship in the middle of an open space lvl4 mission in a 0.5 sec system. You warp in on top of it and you'll have roughly 30 seconds to pop the BS (with the aid of those NPCs) before Concord arrives and kicks yer ass.

If you want to kill many many people at once, go to the station in kisogo with 8x large smartbombs on a BS. Detonate them all outside the station. Have a good clone in 0.0, because you will instantly be -10.0 sec status, and people will leap on the opportunity to pod you.

Cant activate a smartie in docking range.

Which is why he said Kisogo. IIRC there is a buggy station there.

how about a gang composed entirely of destroyers kitted for damage? You're all going to get concord'ed regardless, so perhaps this would be the most cost-effective way to bring down your hapless target?
