Coming on the heels of the less-than-impressive (and some say) egomaniacal public display of poor judgement by their CEO, Siigari Kitawa, (see This and This ) which has caused multiple war declarations, Dawn of Chaos members are attempting to resign their positions within the fledgling corporation in record numbers.
To make matters worse, the CEO, whom several -DOC- members have threatened to assassinate themselves in the coming conflict, has instituted a controversial "Stop Loss" program preventing corp members from resigning from the corporation in protest until the cessation of hostilities.
"It's a security measure", the embattled CEO stated. "No members in or out of the corp until the war is over. I'll re-assign roles every few hours just to make sure no one can leave."
This security measure is likely to backfire, however, as this investigative reporter has learned from an inside source that not only did over 90% of the corporations' members strongly disapprove of the CEO's public relations fumbles over the past several days, but have actively begun an effort to undermine her in any way possible....to include feeding the (now) enemy corporations inside intelligence on DOC's war preparations (or lack thereof).
"They're in total disarray", one disgruntled member remarked. "Our CEO is an embarrassment to herself, and to what could have been a decent corporation given some time. The fact is, her big mouth has killed it before it even got out of the box. We [the disgruntled DOC members] just want out...if she wants to go down with the ship, we're more than happy to help her. I just wish I could wipe -DOC- from my resume."
Regardless of the outcome of this hastily started war, one thing is clear: For Siigari Kitawa (the -DOC- CEO) to save her embattled corp, she had better hire the best PR firm in the universe, find some mercenaries who are willing to provide her with some security, and pray to whatever gods she worships....as it appears nothing but divine intervention can save Dawn of Chaos Corporation from crumbling from within.

You can even merge with a Huzzah corp, unless you're cowards
We had a lil fight with them(Arcane Industries) where we killed their entire fleet of t2 fitted bs's...These guys lost close to a billion in a single engagement...I think

Thanks for the offer, Zrevak.  But despite what incognito cowards will scream, Dawn of Chaos isn't going anywhere just yet.
We're quite ahead now in terms of damages taken/damages inflicted, and the Triad will have to kill quite a few frigates to even the score. Several thousand, in fact.
There are plenty of us willing and ready to fight the Triad. Hopefully they'll get a few fun fights out of it, as will we. And we'll of course get some cheap yet valuable PvP experience.
Should be a good deal for everyone involved.

Asuya Inc. recognizes the upcoming war with DoC and wish them the best of luck. Asuya and friends hope that this war proves to be entertaining and fun for all involved. We will stand by our brothers always.
I suggest you take Huzzah up on their offer for help as quiet frankly, we like shooting them more then anyone else. Lets keep it smack free event. The "we caused this amount of isk damage stuff really means nothing to us", as Whisk is a multitrillionaire and pays all our bills.

My apologies if it was taken as smack, I simply wanted to make the point that we do have members that will stand up and fight. That, and the fact that we do have the resources to do so - too many people think you need to be flying battleships and all. I don't think the idea of Dawn of Chaos breaking the bank of the Triad has even entered into anyone's mind.
I'm looking forward to seeing ships exploding, including my own.

Good post, not sure who posted it but funny.
Best of luck to Doc, hopefully they will learn something from this, Triad Captains are encouraged not to use insults ect on local com's channells so any of that behaviour just send a report to Myself or Mindlles.
To Doc have fun, Hope you learn something and if its to much just send me a mail to discuss surrender terms, we like to have fun but we are not out to make Corporations disband. Next time I suggest some further reserch before coming on Galnet and making statements you have no chance of backing up.

Re-assigning roles to corp members to keep them in a corp is a petitionable offense. I suggest you let your corp members leave and disband the corp. As for who war dec'ed you, you dont have much of a chance. I wish you luck tho if you try anyway. Just listen to this advice before things get any more out of hand.

For CEOs, days since last login details on all members in their Corp. this will help manage inactives and those that dont log in can be removed. |
