Alright, a couple more noob questions for you guys!
1. What happens if you jack someones cargo out of a container in high sec space? Will Concord blow you up, or will your victim (and their corp) jsut be able to attack you?
2. Can you freely attack someone thats yellow in high sec space?
3. If someones blinking red, I assume that means you can freely attack them? I had some guy following me around in DED, and he all of a sudden started flashing red. I assume that means he looted some of my kills, and I now had rights to kill him?
4. When the hell is my damn pic going to show on the forum? (Yeah, I posted in that thread about it, hehe)

1.) The owner, the owners corp and the owners gang will be able to attack you for 15min.
2.) No. They need to have less than -5.0 security status before you can attack them in highsec. That means red blinking.
3.) Yes you are free to attack anyone red blinking, but they are also free to defend themselves. So be careful :)

So long as you don't mess with your overview colors (study them anyhow), yellow merely means he is targetting you, red means he is flagged in such a way that there is no repercussions for attacking him and that there is a strong likelihood he is attacking you.

I thought a yellow square on their icon meant targeting, a red one meant firing, and yellow bar on the name meant neg. sec rating, and red bar meant free-to-attack?

Pretty much except that yellow bar means low sec down to -0.5 and red flashing means below that. Now that does also mean that you are free to attack them.
Going to have to redo this when I get my Ferox :( |

Sooner than mine did, for sure. The devs just redesigned how they're rendered so it shouldn't take more than 4-7 days.

I don't get the pic thing. This is my main char and I have no pic. My 2nd char is much newer/younger than this one and it's pic was up instantly. what gives?
