I just had a very weird experience my agent wanted me to transport a film from one station to another, The very same moment i pressed the accept button on my agent interface an email popped up telling me i had failed the mission.
After a look at the faction standings i found out that i had indeed dropped in faction standings, Now one failed mission is no disaster but i just wondered wheter anyone else has experienced something similar ?

Hmm, I have done that mission countless times without any problems for my lvl 2 agent. The only obvious answer is that it is a bug and needs reporting.

I have done that mission several time too but this is the first time it has bugged out this way.
A point of interest is that i got the same mission next time i asked for a mission but to another station and that is the first time my film delivery missions have changed target stations while doing missions for this agent.

Was this the first mission you got after you logged in? Did you decline a mission earlier?

I do not belive it was the first mission after i logged in ( I am not certain because i had a ctd at a time but lets say that i am 90% percent certain it was not my first mission)
And i had not declined any missions at all that day i was busy sucking up to my new agent.

I had a mission fail yesterday, not immediately like you had, but early nevertheless.
The mission window showed that it should have expired at 03:32, and at about 3:17 I got the mail from the agent saying that I had failed  . This was a relatively short mission, only an hour allowed with a quick time limit of 15 min.

while we are on this subject...if have had 2 intances where i completed a mission, was credited for completing the mission and had moved on to the next mission (actually several missions down the road) when i get an evemail stating i had failed to complete the original mission. anyone else have this happen?

I have had this happen to me a few times now, very frustrating !
I always log in, do a few missions, then log in to my main to play. I never leave a mission unfinished, yet i still get these failures ? yuck

Zrakor - this tends to happen if you've had the same mission before.
IE:
I did a Save the Premier, a few Mine and Refine, a rescue the VIPs, then the Save the Premier again I *might* get a fail at some point during the mission despite having a lot of time.
Its like the agent is thinking that you've failed the current mission because of the timer on the previous instance of the mission.
