This was with almost 40% resistence to EM as well. These missiles are supposed to be hitting for 150...
This was during Massive Attack (lvl 3).

Was it fired from a Sentry? Some of the missiles shot by them do a LOT more damage.

There was sentries on the mission, so its possible. I just hit the warp button when 1/4 of my sheild got destroyed in the first 10 seconds.... ferox is not the fastest one to warp out either. :/

Surely you can get higher EM resistance than 40% on your Ferox for going up against Sansahs?
And Taketa De is right, some of the sentries can do 450 damage from Thunderbolts unresisted

Yep, it was just a test run since im pretty low skilled and have put the first million skillpoints in learning. But that will change...

Ahh fair enough :) how do you like the Ferox so far? I used to love it passive tanked with no shield booster and all missile launchers :)
Ended up with high enough skills being able to tank any stage virtually in lvl 3's and I could do most missions easily by aggroing everything like The Space Telescope Guristas misions.
However the Ferox loves you if you have amazing Engineering skills.

Jim I don't mean to be rude or anything but do you know about this site? Eve-info. It's a place with great mission runner resources and it is geared towards Caldari. I don't run a mission without it.

All missile turrets get like a 3x's multiplier to damage. So a 150 damage missile will do 450 when fired from them.

NPC ships and missile buildings are using one missile with a big, bad bang instead of 2,3,4,... standard missiles doing base damage each.
This can be seen as an advantage to the pilot in situations where defenders can be used. Not that there are many situations where that's the case since ColdWar.

I got hit for 900 dmg by a torp by a named mission rat.

heavy missile turrets have a 3x damage modifier (450 damage base)

Was it the Kyokan, if so he fires Doom torp's with a base damage just under 2000 damage.

my own torps (rage)do close to 1150 damage my normal ones do close to 800
