I recently purchased some stakes in the company through large shareholders and have a total of 50,000 shares to sell. After talking to folks who have sold their shares on the forums and in game, the price seems fairly steady at about 25,000 isk per share. Consequently, I am offering my shares for that price on a first come, first served basis with a minimum order of 1,000 shares. These shares will be brokered through the CEO of Galactic Parcel Service, Countess Oracle. The buyer will be responsible for the 3% brokerage fee that she charges. The price per share is 25,000 isk with a minimum order of 1,000 shares.. Please format your bids as:
number of shares = total price
Example:
1,000 = 25m isk
The company's last dividend was 500 million isk for a two-week period of time (almost 500 isk per share in dividends). The CEO has posted that she expects profits to exceed 500 million isk per WEEK when her trading skills finish leveling up. That would be an 8% return per month (2% per week), versus ISS' 5-6% return per month.

The other buyers who I have not been in touch with yet (Korthan, Karazack, and Javier Revoke) have been Evemailed. I won't be online much tomorrow, but I will try to convo all of you tomorrow or Tuesday and see if we can go ahead and make arrangements to broker the shares through either the CEO of Galactic Parcel Service or through a 3rd party like NAGA. Alternatively, if you would prefer to send the money and have me send you the shares when I log on, that is fine too, though many people prefer to use a broker for peace of mind.

Thank you all again for your purchases! Javier Revoke's shares have been sent; KiwiMatt, Korthan, Malena, and Karazack have all been EVEmailed. So far 7,000 shares have been purchased, paid for, and sent; 6,000 shares are reserved and waiting either a reply from their purchaser or are awaiting brokering. Yesterday I noted Serenity Steele's request to purchase 1,000 shares. As everyone here knows, Serenity is the CEO of ISS, one of the most trusted corporations in EVE. In every way her reputation FAR exceeds my own...despite the nice comments you folks have left for me here. Rather than asking her to send me the isk, and waiting till I received the money to send her the shares, I figured, since she has a spotless reputation, that it would be okay if I sent the shares first, and then she sent payment when it was convenient for her.
Imagine my surprise when I got an evemail today saying that she had received the shares, but because I was not in ESEC or GSEC she wasn't going to pay for them! The full text of my evemail to her and her's to me can be found here.

P.S. I would like to emphasize that Consrul is right: the CEO of this corporation has not been online for the last couple of weeks, and has not issued dividends for nearly a month. If you are willing to gamble on whether he or she will return and begin running the corporation again, I'm willing to sell more of my shares. But I want to emphasize: having heard nothing from the CEO in weeks, you are taking a gamble.

Actually, I saw Countess Oracle online yesterday. I haven't chatted with her for a couple of weeks though and she (he) hasn't been around much since going down with pneumonia a few weeks ago.

Countess has been on several times for varying stretches. From 5 minutes to a few hours. I have sent an Evemail and recieved no response and my requests for conversation have prompted logging off. If I had to guess, s/he's just coming on to change skills when they're due. Additionally, Countess is no longer in the GPSX channel when s/he is on.

Well, not all people that are into shares wish to scam their investors... It's all about trust.
That's why I'm personally going for the stock broker profession in the new EGSE (EVE Galactic Stock Exchange) corporation. I want people to be able to trust me as a broker for their transactions. The website that Aarone Erviale has made (http://eve.hubau.be) has the transaction system implemented ingame. You can appoint your stock broker with whom you wish to do business. This will build up a good relationship between fellow traders. The site is best viewed in game I believe, since u don't have any of the methods of making a transaction out of game. You can still watch the transactions that have been done on the out-of-game website.
Now if only some corps would be willing to put their ticker on the website and we're in business...

HAHA I can read jsut fine. And as I read this i think it is fairly obvious you are tied to CO. Nice time for you to start selling these shares....and an amazing amount you are "brokering" for someone... I wonder who else actually had this many shares?
You are tied to the MIA CO and knew he/she was bailing when he did.
So..yeah I posted when I did so that people didn't keep getting ripped off by this deal.
