Yes ghost sites exist. Yes their stuff is making its way into the market place. What is the question exactly?

New stuff tends to never show up on the overview by default. Ghost site NPCs not appearing there is not an anomaly compared to previous expansions that included new stuff.

I would agree, except that the expansion wasn't built around ghost sites at all.

Depots is kinda the same. Wetu specs are so it's not spectacular, Yurt might be a bit better - but still, it is a very niche market.
Only thing is that the 'materials' prices are held up by NPC buy orders atm (i think i remember reading something to that effect).
I feel like a lot of people would buy ascendancies if they didn't require hundreds of millions in PI materials to build. Their base cost is just above what people are willing to pay in decent numbers. This in turn devalues the blueprints and ghost sites as a whole.
As for the mobile depots, wetu is useless by design. They would justify their existence better if higher meta levels meant smaller volume when packaged in your cargo. That is actually something people would pay for.
