Then offer CVA refuge in TEST.
Also argue they have a foothold with that one system they own/used to own/havn't/CBA to check dotlan.

CONCORD is only summoned when an individual commits a criminal act, like shooting a neutral player.
Unless you accidentally fly through CONCORD sov space. Then you're ****ed. I watched a Vagabond pilot do this the other day. I lol'd.

You guys should take back your area from the mentally gimped goons, they are pathetic and are mainly alts and botters (Add in some mentally/physically handicapped people with tons of pcs and you have the goons).

To be honest that is a pretty accurate description of goons, if you add in autistic man-children to the descriptor then you have us nailed down perfectly. If you can't beat goons, PL, then what the hell is wrong with you? We beat ourselves if you just let us sit and fester long enough. How hard can it be to head shot VFK-IV? It is just one system.

Personally, you should hire Pandemic Legion to camp the reykjavik airport, then have some split off and camp the Hq of CCP. When they see an employee coming into the parking lot. They smash their rental car(s) into the employees car, then they all run back to the hotel before they get podded by CONCORD.

I'm sure they would already be doing that if they could take their supers to jita.

I am still not sure why, or what I hope to accomplish for this.
So, uh... suggestions are welcome. What should I hire Pandemic Legion to do? Ideas should be more creative than "shoot some dudes in an Internet spaceship game," since they already do that without me paying them. I get it. You are that professor gremlin.
