In this universe of ours there are friends and those that are not friends. Sometimes these lines cross and people get hurt. It is this reason that I make this offer.
5 Million ISK bounty of the corpses of the following people.
Malka Badi'a - CEO - Suffoco Noctis
Sicex - Suffoco Noctis
Suuji Praath - Suffoco Noctis
Aria Sky - Suffoco Noctis
This bounty will run so long as there is money in the fund to pay bounties. If you with to contribute to this fund and keep the hunt going or have corpses to collect on please contact me personally.
THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF CORPSES YOU CAN COLLECT ON!

((For the unaware, I'll explain the entire OOC situation:
Kael accepted a gang invite from a NOCTS member. We warp on top of him and proceed to beat the everloving **** out of his thorax. We then, because he was an OOC friend, decided to do what NOCTS -never- does and offer a ransom. 3million ISK for a thorax and his 500m worth of implants. He spat and said no. We opened fire and podded him. 500m ISK + 1 thorax later he posts that he is leaving EVE. Two days later after multiple threads of community support (I love EVE for that  , awesome community) he decides to stay.
Having just found out that Guardian Alpha and Mikha'il Pelegius are my alts (made that public knowledge a LONG time ago) he now wants revenge. If he wants to RP OOC events and turn "dark", then I say let him come after us. Let's finish the OOC business so you can get back to your RP, Kael.))

((No please, bounty my alts. Bounty malka. I don't care. Either way I get to pod myself for the ISK. And all of your posts since you lost 500m have been a mixture of IC and OOC Kael, because you can't draw the line. It's horrid to see you call it RP.
If you want revenge, bring it. If you want to have people walk into our area, chances are we won't even get a chance to see them because we aren't the only locals that are in our region to have fun. Either way, don't call a thread RP you have emotional anger OOC thrown into the mix. It gets nasty and people start refusing 3m ransoms to save 500m worth of implants))

Kaeleron, don't waste time with public bounties, that never works. Instead get a good merc outfit to work on them. Costs more but I'm sure a small time outfit looking to make a name for themselves can take this job on.
((Oooh oooh, lets all break character! So if that's how you treat your OOC friends, I don't think I wanna know how you treat your IC friends =P.))

This thread isn't IC, so to hell with the OOC markings.
Kael was never my friend, but was a friend of Sicex and Aria until he decided to pull his "I'm leaving because of ISK, I'm important?, I'm coming back." Then he hated them as much as he hated me. I ransomed him instead of podding him outright because of aria's/sicex's friendship with him. My loyalty to OOC friends is far more devoted than you can possibly imagine. And if you honestly think that the depiction of my actions ingame as Malka, the murderer, is a reflection of how I act and treat others in real life then you need to, as Kael needs to, step back and draw the line of reality and fiction.
Bring the merc corps. Bring the bounty hunters. Let's get killing and keep Kaeleron far away from losing more implants. But you won't crush us, Kael, as much as you hate us OOC. Never can you crush the internal spirit and friendship within NOCTS, especially with the way you are handling your OOC anger.

It seems booster use is rising sharply. This OOc and IC ranting is quite odd, unless it's codewords for something down in Placid...
Also, only 5mil ISK to hunt down Malka and some other rather experienced pilots? You sir, need to make a serious offer if you want a serious repsonse. Nobody's going to go out of their way for that amount.
((wtf is this doing in the IGS? And not paying a 3mil ransom to a group who normally doesn't ransom while you have half a bil in your head? Good lord, use a freaking jump clone!))

Kaeleron, the current bounty system provided by CONCORD is inadequate for what you are attempting to do - simply due to the fact that the pirate in question can pod herself and claim the bounty.
Search for other methosds of revenge.

I misunderstood then, my apologies. I thought he was using the Concord system, but announcing it to the public.
I would recommend going after them yourself, but if you don't have the combat training nor the time to waste, mercenaries or this public call to bounty hunters might be effective.
Increasing the bounty might also increase the interest, since hunting one specific person can be very time consuming.
