Basically the Only reason I can see you and M00 and the rest of the Pirate factions wanting no sec hits in 0.0 is so you can pull up next to a unsuspecting n00b with your "POSITIVE" 5.7 rating and blow him away.
Since people tend to look for negative ratings when confronted with a high positive rating they tend to relax and BANG another pod kill for you ;)

I want to be able to go into empire space so I can go to other regions, sitting in syndicate for the rest of my time playing eve is well.. getting boring.
Right now, if I go past PF-346, CONCORD kills me.

People in the regional alliances destroy ships, demand tolls, and pod people that come into their regions all the time, how am I different from them?
Oh wait, I'm not. Yet they have positive security and are mobile. Why? Their system isn't bugged like FD-MLJ.
I have never attacked anyone in .1 space or higher. If not for buggy FD-MLJ, I wouldn't have negative security, period.

Thank you for being so ignorant and not reading the post.
You obviously are biased and one minded.. MASS (whom are not Pirates, but apart of the Stain Alliance) are quite unhappy about their security losses as well.
Skelator - Before you post all over the boards thinking you know from top to bottom, look inbetween.
