I have heard a lot of the incursus (T1 frig) and the ishkur which is the assault frig. Everyone says that those ships are the most favorite pirate-ships in EVE. Many have told me that if u hunt in small groups with these deadly ships, your victim will cry
I bought me a little incursus (i cant use the ishkur yet) and fitted it with 3 light ion blasters t2. But what is the best to fit in the mid-slots and the low-slots? The ship dont have much powergrid or CPU so after i have fitted a AB too, i cant even fit a armor rep...
Someone pls help me with a good setup for this ship...

lol, sorry couldnt help it :/
try a standard missile fitted kestrel, or a punisher imo, but in the end its down to personal prefrence

You really need named stuff to get a good setup on a t1 frig.. t2 is hard to fit.
And consider that you need a MWD on an Incursus 
Let me see, if I remember my setup (was a while ago)
Lows:
MAPC, CPR
Mids:
MWD, 2 point scrambler, Shield Booster
High:
1 neutron, 2xion

Best off training for a ranis, or if u really wanna use that T2 frig, switch to electrons, fit an MWD, small repper, web/scrambler and a cap power relay or 2.
But get a taranis, u grow to love em :)

 I will get an ishkur T2 as fast as possible, but it must be possible to make the little incursus deadly too???? With T2 things??

True, if you go with tech2 guns, you'll have trouble with other modules. I'd reccomend tech1 or named.
Try this (may vary depending on skills):
Low:
Small Armor Rep
50mm armor plates (or hardener)
Med:
MWD
Cap recharger
choice of Webbifier, Scrambler, or another cap recharger
High:
3x Electron blasters, or Ions if you can fit them (fit the best guns you can after fitting all of the above).

ok this setup is very tight even with maxed skills
3 neutrons (not t2 as of the extra grid )
1 mwd
1 warp scarmbler
1 sensorbooster (get them pods  )
1 small armor rep
1 mapc
and btw this is quite deadly
