The owner of the character being sold is responsible for the character transfer fee paid to CCP.

First off if you want any of my toons you need to deliver a video of yourself hitting yourself in your balls. So do that. Second if the sale is recorded in these forums CCP enforces it. Read up. Third for someone who is crying about scams you joined the wrong alliance m8.... Everyone knows that. On the off chance that you are a doob and what you are saying is legit I will give you ASH this toon. Read up on the rules here when you are cozy transfer the isk and I will transfer you ash. Also goons a frack turds ..l.. And N3 is no better.
