today Dragons united has reached its 2 year anniversary,
a feat of which we are proud. we started as a humble
mining production corp in search of riches within the
eve-verse and quickly felt the need for more. this came
in the form of DSMA who were kind enough to give a
inexperienced corp a chance. within weeks of being in
DSMA we were introduced to Curse Alliance who came
with effective gank squads and fleets of battleships for the fa/ca
station ping-pong, this was our first taste of pvp and we
loved every second of it.
After 3 months came our first
major war, our resolve and dedication would be tested
against larger numbers and better trained pilots. while
DSMA did fall eventually we fought till the very end having
taken part in the eradication of 2 smaller alliances who
tried to claim the territory. this was a low point for DU,
we were in empire, we were board, we were having evil
thoughts. rescue came in the form of a convo, a glimmer
of hope that we could once again be part of something
bigger, something worth fighting for, a new home in the
outer reaches of our known universe.
we joined the Phoenix Alliance having been sponsored
by the very corp who helped fund us in the beginning, Hybonashi
Industries. with 3 regions to choose from we found
ourselves a little out of the way system to plant our
little flag in and call home "pf-qhk" it was the gateway
system to a dead end constellation which made it easy
to defend. we began building our wallets again, building
ships, recruiting and generally having all the fun we
thought we could have. we were wrong, war broke out
with FOE and this was a total blast, many nights we
stayed up long after we should to get one last kill, or be
waxed by another fleet. the foe war died down, but we
had new targets on the horizon bob/5/burn eden among
others were starting to show up in near by systems and
we were loving it.
under pressure and with the 5 leaning on us pa began
to split and hopes it was for the better soon were forgotten
as differing views turned to conflict with our former brothers.
the whole xelas vs pa was the least fun war by far, we don't take pleasure
in shooting friends let alone trying to destroy what they
stand for but as pa we did what we needed to do.
soon after we left pa due to a feeling that it had lost
its spark and no one seemed to care. we could not fight
for a alliance that would not fight for itself, not defend
the homeland from invading forces.
we left PA and were given a home by old friends and rivals the FIX alliance.
we reside in FIX today having been involved in a number
of wars including the ongoing conflict with SA. i am
proud of my fellow corp members as we are stronger
now then ever before and only improving. i am also proud
to have been friends and political enemy's with many
entity's in eve. those of you who have fought with us
and against us have made us who we are, and i salute
you for this. my thanks goes out to many in eve
including "if i miss you please don't be offended"

in conclusion id just like to say we are looking forward to
another year of friendship, conflict, and stuff going boom.
we have grown a deep respect for those who have
helped us become what we are.

Congratz,
was fun fighting u guys up in pf-, and your corp def did adapt(maybe to fast:) , we were starting to be on watchout when u or couple others in your corp(dont remember names) would show up with the people fighting.
