You might be able to recharge the shields using Logistics cruisers once it comes out of reinfoced mode. I don't think anything else will be able to do it. Of course you might have a hostile fleet to contend with too.
You can't put 30 days of Strontium into it btw. That's a nice try though.

Hey good idea about charging the shields from your ships. Do you keep lock on the tower after you move into the shield range or do you have to charge them from outside the shield range?
You can only lock the tower from outside the shield. The only ships that can recharge the shields of the tower from that range are Logistics Cruisers as far as I know.

No you can't anchor/unanchor or online/offline anything until the shields reach 50%.
What's worse is that you can't remove anything from the hangers or the ship array either. Normally you can remove stuff from hangers while they're offline. When it's in reinforced mode, you can't take anything out.

However, you can empty the corp hangar arrays without a problem (as they don't need to be online to remove stuff).
You're mistaken. I've experienced this first hand.

I believe you can now ask TRUST about this, and you'll find that, whatever you think you experienced, it isn't the way the game currently works.
You CAN take stuff out of corp hangar arrays, whilst the tower is in reinforced.
Something must have changed then, because I lost a few hundred million in stuff because I couldn't take it out of the hanger while the tower was in reinforced mode. Or perhaps it was some kind of bug. It's good to know it's changed though, thanks.
