It doesn't do it right off. When I log on and exit a station and begin ratting its normal. After ratting a while it starts sucking down the cap. As I write this I'm letting my cap recharge to test again. Cap setting at 4799. Activate the armor rep for 1 cycle. Cap goes to 4403. 396 consumption. Description says it only consumes 160 per cycle.
I noticed this cause my tank started failing on spawns it was kill earlier. I've tested this repeatedly. Is this an existing issue or has anyone else have the same problem?

Ok, no one has experienced anything similar. I just found that my y-T8 overcharge mwd that takes 160power to activate drains my viators 630 cap in one cycle. I've filed a bug report and attempted do the ask a question petition thing in game. URL error after my lengthy explanation.
Can anyone give me a lead on how to get some real help. Getting frustrated and this problem really impacts my gameplay. Just want some help.

I use a Med Armor Rep II also on a Thorax. ~400 consumption is a 1/4 of my raxs cap and I would've definetly noticed it.
I don't think its happening to me. But I will keep an eye out.

Maybe you have the cap display bug. Because your computer clock is not accurate enough it creates some sync problem where it shows you to have more cap than you really do. And maybe when the repper is used it resyncs so you get back the the correct. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Xerek, I tried recreating this bug on my Zealot. I have not been able to recreate it. As posted below, maybe you have the cap timing bug, or maybe it is limited to a certain ship.
Sorry I couldn't help. -------------------------------------- "This is obviously the work of some Psycho, Weedsmoking, Voodoo Midget Aliens from Corporate America."

Thanks for the testing and advice guys. The computer clock problem might be it. I just got a new computer and never experienced the problem on my old one. It happens with different modules on different ships, so that sounds likely. Could it have anything to do with dual core processors? That's what I upgraded to.
