they are very strongly.
if you are amarr, dont buy/sell/train them they are stupid
solution to ALLL of the problems:
BUFF lasers (expessially Tachyon dmg mod) and NERF projectile ROF
they are strong.

There is only one thing that prevents me from trading my amarr char for a caldari/gallente char, its the pride :/
Amarr = cool, the rest is BULLCRAP.
BTW, this game is unbalanced in EVERY aspect, even the industrial pvp is unbalanced with those t2 bpos ^^

Someone didnt add enuff water to their QuickMix(tm) Fusion L.
After all how does the same shell manage to fire from a 1400 and a 800.. Its like almost twice the size.

I fought a Tempest with ACs and an Interceptor buddy in a Brutix with BC3 and less than 50,000 skillpoints in Gunnery and won. 
Projectiles are fine. Lern2UseLowSlots?

Actually I fly Minmatar and Amarr BS. While I can technically fly the other BS (so I can take them if I scan them down), I don't have the right skills to fly them well.

Given that an arguement for the Mini weapons being underpowered is currently raging, oh and some what proven. I would ring this one up to someone not takening the lesson dealt out to them very well.

I agree, projectile are very overpowdered. In fact, they're so overpowdered, it's a wonder I don't sneeze every time they're fired. Someone should get out the feather-duster and du--er, nerf--them. With the perponderance of powdered weapons, it's amazing that everyone isn't running around with nothing but powdered projectiles.
This is either brilliant or inane, the line is sometimes hard to find.
