I'm studying BSc (Hons) Computer Science with Knowledge and information systems.
But I work part time as support tutor for a national IT distance learning company in the UK. Soon to be going up in the world as the "technical support manager" :) But sadly it appears I may need to leave this job due to money constraints :(

I research new tech, administer, and train faculty on the same at a major University.
Patch day always brings out the same 2 types of people.
1: "I'm an IT expert in RL, and they have done this all wrong" type.
2: "I'm a paying customer, fix it immediately or I quit" type. |

..also one of the over 40 types. (As a navy vet (USS Enterprise CVN-65 Ops Specialist) its great to see some of you in service types chiming up!)

As for me, I am a 15 year vet of the US Submarine Service. As for all of you 'skimmers' out there...
