Hi, there!
I boarded EVE on-line a hour ago and now I have only capsule. I'd like to purchase far better starship but I am not sure which one is best suited for me. I prefer combat career in the EVE Universe so I am looking for combat spaceships. After reading Evelopedia several classes are close to my wishes: Recon Cruisers, Strategic Cruisers, Marauders, Black Ops Cruisers, Dreads and Carriers. What class could you advice me to purchase? |

Do the tutorials - you'll receive several frigates, a destroyer and two industrials.
No need to be buying anything yet. |

Welcome!
The ships you list are all somewhat advanced in that they would take a number of months to train for and fly competently, although they are rather sexy so it's understandable that you're attracted to them. Good ships to aim for in the long-run.
Meanwhile follow Oraac's advice and follow the tutorials. You'll end up with some basic ships and some money all while learning the basics. At this stage of your EVE career the various frigates and destroyers will be your best friend. Major (Ret.) Caldary Naval Militia | Morale Officer (Pinup model) H4WK. Dock in any station without a ship, and you receive a FREE rookie ship.
It comes equipped with a Civilian Miner and a Civilian racial turret. You can right-click repackage and reassemble the ship to get an infinite supply of these. As an "egger" you should never be without a ship.
Stick to frigates for now. I've been around 5 years, and I'm still using a frigate despite being able to use pretty much anything else. |

Do the tutorials, do the career agents (yes, all of them).
Yes you need training to fly ships, the bigger the ship, the longer the training. No, you cannot buy qualifications, yes you can speed up the training a little. It's a bit too early for you to be really worrying about that now.
Some of the ships you listed have very specialised uses, all are quite expensive and all need a lot of training. No need to rush, bigger is not better. |

That is correct. Just like any other MMO, you can't jump into the "high/level" / "end game" on the first day.
That said, what's more important in EVE is not necessarily what ship you want to fly, but what you want to do. Considering that, it can take some time to learn the ropes EVE an even learn what you CAN do. If instant gratification is what you want, EVE is the furthest thing from it. If you're interested in a game with a huge amount of depth, and a multitude of options, you're in the right place. |

You cannot buy qualification direct. But you can buy several numbers of Plex for real Money. Then you can sell these Plex InGame to earn ISK. With the ISK you can buy a Character with the skills (qualifications) you like in the Character Bazar.
But I strongest recommend to do NOT so. Because: * A lot of fun in this game come from starting with nothing (no knowledge, no ISK (Money), no player skills and no in game skills, etc.) and to learn how things work. * You lack the Player skills, you need to fly a ship. The inGame skills don't give you really the ability to fly. * You really know not enough about the game itself
To learn more about EvE i strongly recommend, to look at the sticky threads here in this New Citizen Forum. And read the information in there carefully.

Probably the simplest of the ships you listed would be the heavy assault cruisers. Those, for example, would probably take a couple months to skill up to fly properly - and that's just the ship. It'll take longer still to train the support skills for said ship so you can use decent modules on it. No point buying a shiny ship when you can only fit it with horrible modules.
At the other end of the scale something like a dreadnaught will take even longer to train for, many, many months, and can only be used in certain areas of space.
Using implants and doing attribute remaps can help speed your training up - a little.
And you can purchase multiple-character training too if you wish to skill up more than one character simultaneously on the one account.
Or as the poster above me said you can purchase an already-trained character on the character bazaar. But this would be setting yourself up to fail without proper ingame experience to properly use that character.
But in general EVE takes a lot of patience and time, which makes eventually flying those sexy ships very rewarding. Not forgetting that you will (at some point) lose every ship you fly. So take your time and try not to fly anything that you a) Don't have the proper skills to fly or b) can't afford to replace. Major (Ret.) Caldary Naval Militia | Morale Officer (Pinup model) H4WK. All those ships you named are different. Like someone asking what you want for lunch and you say "a cup, a fork, a spoon, a plate and some food".
Who are you? What do you want? Why are you here? Where are you going?
Study this and go fly your newbie ship through the tutorial and career agent missions. When you figure it out, then you can better ask what tools you need to accomplish this or that in this game. GÇö+¬GÇö |

It's weird! I do not get it. I can buy another personality in this game??? Now I have three character slots so after buying it I will have only two or I have to create new alter-account? |

You can buy another character, it would take up the second of those 3 slots. As a brand new player with no experience of the game, I wouldn't recommend it. |

Technically, no. That's not correct. You can fly your race's rookie ship without training and you likely have the skill already trained to get into your race's frigates and fly them around. What you may not have is the skills to fit certain modules to those ships. However if you go through the tutorials, then the career agents you will get some ships and skillbooks and it will teach you how to train skills so that you can eventually fit the modules. Also ask in your corp chat channel, more often than not I've found that there'll be someone in there who's willing to help out. Then you have the advantage of being able to just open the windows they're talking about and see what they mean. |

I have done some research and I think I cannot purchase most powerful vessels like dreads, carriers etc. because they can only operate in low-sec and null-sec space where I would be quickly destroyed by pirates, NPCs and other crazy stuff. So now I need a ship able to fly in high-sec space what means nothing with jump-drive propulsion is on the table. Therefore the largest vessels in my present reach are Marauders. |

Marauder is adequate, though a standard T1 battleship or navy issue battleship is the more common for lvl4 mission runs (highest mission lvl in high sec is 4). But then also the lvl4 missions can be speed run with a cruiser, such as a T2 or T3 cruiser. And also there are some that run Assault Frigates against lvl4 missions in high sec, be it duo or solo. So, no, there is no clear cut biggest is best for things in this game, like I said this isn't WoW and you should forget all that biggest-is-bestest thinking.

Bigger is NOT better in EVE. Ships are tools, you use the best one for the job you're doing. There's no one ship that does everything better than all other ships

I looked into "starshop" in the game and ship's prices are quite interesting:
- standard battleships - circa 170 mil. ISK - Marauders - 1.0-1.2 bil. ISK - Black Ops cruisers - 0.85-1.3 bil. ISK - heavy assault cruisers - 200 mil. ISK - heavy interdiction cruisers - 250-320 mil. ISK - recon cruisers - 150-220 mil. ISK - strategic cruisers - 160-200 mil. ISK
In sum Marauders and Blac-Ops Cruisers are several times more expensive than remaining vessels! |

I don't know what racial ships you plan to train, but if it were Caldari, I'd say kestrel first few days (for career agents). Then caracal attack cruiser for a couple weeks (lvl1-lvl2 missions and sisters of eve epic arc) while you train Drake for lvl3 missions. After a few months when you have your core skills up start training for a T1 raven. After you have spent 3-6 months on the raven buy a CNR (Caldari Navy Raven) as you further improve your battleship skills. After that you would train towards Marauder or train other things depending on what more you want to do. Marauder... probably more towards Incursions. Or back to cruiser/battle cruiser training and take your Drake or T3 cruiser into lvl4 missions or DED sites. Or further train frigates for PvP and/or factional warfare mission running. Just a lot of options, really.
Edit:

There are no Black Ops "Cruisers". Don't worry about prices, when you have the skill you will be able to afford fleets of them. I did two lvl4 missions last night in high sec and roughly made 100m in total from mission payout, LP's, loot drop and salvage. Some missions pay better than others of course. GÇö+¬GÇö |

You'd need to multibox multiple characters at once (which is very popular in eve). One pilot per ship.
Having said that, one character can give some basic commands to a fleet (such as warping them together), but beyond that no. |

Otherwise you need more accounts. "Multiple vessels" you could count as drones though, as some advanced drones are frigate sized.

My CNR can carry 20 drones and fly up to five, six if I add a module for it. Yes i believe a marauder can carry five drones, five large drones, but fly them is another matter, and again bigger isn't always the better. I find light drones the most useful for mission running. Check out recruiting adds in the Alliance and Corp recruiting forum. You can also find recruiting adds ingame by navigating through your corp interface, and there's a recruiting channel too (although I'd avoid that lol).
Prerequisites vary from corp to corp. There's a ton of newbie friendly ones out there though. Major (Ret.) Caldary Naval Militia | Morale Officer (Pinup model) H4WK. CEO | Just another innocent explorer-á pâä
