Welcome!
The ships you list are all somewhat advanced in that they would take a number of months to train for and fly competently, although they are rather sexy so it's understandable that you're attracted to them. Good ships to aim for in the long-run.
Meanwhile follow Oraac's advice and follow the tutorials. You'll end up with some basic ships and some money all while learning the basics. At this stage of your EVE career the various frigates and destroyers will be your best friend. Major (Ret.) Caldary Naval Militia | Morale Officer (Pinup model) H4WK. Ultor Rapax wrote:Wait a moment! You said I cannot fly purchased starship instantly because I need some long training. Is that correct? Cannot I speed up this training or buy qualifications required? *nods* Yup that's correct.
Probably the simplest of the ships you listed would be the heavy assault cruisers. Those, for example, would probably take a couple months to skill up to fly properly - and that's just the ship. It'll take longer still to train the support skills for said ship so you can use decent modules on it. No point buying a shiny ship when you can only fit it with horrible modules.
At the other end of the scale something like a dreadnaught will take even longer to train for, many, many months, and can only be used in certain areas of space.
Using implants and doing attribute remaps can help speed your training up - a little.
And you can purchase multiple-character training too if you wish to skill up more than one character simultaneously on the one account.
Or as the poster above me said you can purchase an already-trained character on the character bazaar. But this would be setting yourself up to fail without proper ingame experience to properly use that character.
But in general EVE takes a lot of patience and time, which makes eventually flying those sexy ships very rewarding. Not forgetting that you will (at some point) lose every ship you fly. So take your time and try not to fly anything that you a) Don't have the proper skills to fly or b) can't afford to replace. Major (Ret.) Caldary Naval Militia | Morale Officer (Pinup model) H4WK. Ultor Rapax wrote:How to join Corporation or Alliance? Is possessing of high-end starship a necessary prerequisite? Players join (or create) a corporation. Corporations join alliances.
Check out recruiting adds in the Alliance and Corp recruiting forum. You can also find recruiting adds ingame by navigating through your corp interface, and there's a recruiting channel too (although I'd avoid that lol).
Prerequisites vary from corp to corp. There's a ton of newbie friendly ones out there though. Major (Ret.) Caldary Naval Militia | Morale Officer (Pinup model) H4WK. CEO | Just another innocent explorer-á pâä

Happy to say it with my main if it makes a difference to you.

He must be an "alter-ego-troll-account"! Watch out! Troll! Pathetic... It's not so much that, Mr Rapax. It's yourself who is breeding any suspicion. You make a thread asking for advice, which you are given in detailed, thoughtful replies by experienced pilots. But your replies fly in the face of all the advice you're being given, and so consistantly in fact that it gives rise to the suspicion that you must be a troll. Those people who're saying you're just an alt aren't losers. They've been around these boards long enough to see such alt-posting/troll games being played out like this a thousand times. I'm pretty sure they've also never thoughtlessly lost a Maurader or faction BS when they were new pilots.

It's not a conspiracy theory - it's an option.
You're either a fool, or an alt troll.
I can't say for sure which, of course. Major (Ret.) Caldary Naval Militia | Morale Officer (Pinup model) H4WK. CEO | Just another innocent explorer-á pâä

I can't say for sure which, of course. You say that like they are mutually exclusive. Good point
Anyway Mr Rapax, if you're the first option then goodluck spending a ton of RL money to afford a ship you will struggle to fly in an environment you don't yet understand - full of highsec gankers looking for people just like you.
If it's the second option then try to keep it to GD, no?
