Study this and go fly your newbie ship through the tutorial and career agent missions. When you figure it out, then you can better ask what tools you need to accomplish this or that in this game.

So your plan is to mission run in high sec? Marauder is adequate, though a standard T1 battleship or navy issue battleship is the more common for lvl4 mission runs (highest mission lvl in high sec is 4). But then also the lvl4 missions can be speed run with a cruiser, such as a T2 or T3 cruiser. And also there are some that run Assault Frigates against lvl4 missions in high sec, be it duo or solo. So, no, there is no clear cut biggest is best for things in this game, like I said this isn't WoW and you should forget all that biggest-is-bestest thinking.

I don't know what racial ships you plan to train, but if it were Caldari, I'd say kestrel first few days (for career agents). Then caracal attack cruiser for a couple weeks (lvl1-lvl2 missions and sisters of eve epic arc) while you train Drake for lvl3 missions. After a few months when you have your core skills up start training for a T1 raven. After you have spent 3-6 months on the raven buy a CNR (Caldari Navy Raven) as you further improve your battleship skills. After that you would train towards Marauder or train other things depending on what more you want to do. Marauder... probably more towards Incursions. Or back to cruiser/battle cruiser training and take your Drake or T3 cruiser into lvl4 missions or DED sites. Or further train frigates for PvP and/or factional warfare mission running. Just a lot of options, really.

There are no Black Ops "Cruisers". Don't worry about prices, when you have the skill you will be able to afford fleets of them. I did two lvl4 missions last night in high sec and roughly made 100m in total from mission payout, LP's, loot drop and salvage. Some missions pay better than others of course.

No, like every other mmo, you can only log in one character per account. Otherwise you need more accounts. "Multiple vessels" you could count as drones though, as some advanced drones are frigate sized.

Depends on size of drones vs. skills. My Battle Cruiser can carry and fly 5 drones. My CNR can carry 20 drones and fly up to five, six if I add a module for it. Yes i believe a marauder can carry five drones, five large drones, but fly them is another matter, and again bigger isn't always the better. I find light drones the most useful for mission running.

The first T2 frigate I skilled for I still fly often. I can do things with it that no other ship in the game can do. True, I tend to dump some 250m isk into building one now, into a T2 frigate, but that's the perks of being a vet player and knowing how this game works... well some of it anyway hehe, my portion of it. And in doing so, If I were to hire/contract out my services, my clients could potentially be making 500m-1billion isk an hour. Bigger doesn't mean better, and I can do the same thing with a three month old account with that T2 Frig even as I do now.

nah-nah don't get all offended, it happens here. Well not so much in Q&A, but out there in especially like GD it happens often. People have multiple characters/alts that you don't know who they are connected to and some have multiple accounts and post with them to start trouble too. Some people like having a lot of fun on the forums, troll, make crazy posts, agree with themselves using other characters, all sorts of stuff. So it's not you, just the nature of these forums. But you're not one of those, not yet at least heh

Again, no place is safe. I can put more isk into a CNR, even a frig, compared to say buying a carrier capital ship, and still get blown up in high sec just as easily as a cap in null. There certainly is PvP in high sec, and the only safe place is to just not undock.

Ok so you didn't like any of the advice offered to you, I can respect that. So since you are going to go in such a reckless direction (IMO) you are going to need protection and training, no? They will probably want to come out and see how well you run missions and offer any help in the mater.
