Why would Tribal need a NAP with Stain you havnt faired that well ..
A NAP with you wouldnt benifit us anyways as you have nothing to offer IMO.
It all it would do is allow you to regroup even more .
Oh well matters not

I wonder if what really happened, was:
1. TS kindly offered a NAP to SA.
2. SA sends their 'chief diplomat' Orc A to smooth out the details.
3. Orc A engages his stellar negotiating skills (probably offering TS to surrender somewhere in the process).
4. No NAP

the NAP was offered to SA from TS because TS are sure that they will be at war with ASCN very soon. Just ask ASCN and TS who owns the C-PEW system.
TS are backing out of a NAP they offered because they found out that their friends didnt like it and it made them look weak. I think it just shows their true colors. |

Mister Stoner, Tribal Souls did not offer a NAP to SA, Trigger was the one that wanted to open up talks regarding the matter, at the point in time I ordered a Temporary Cessation of Hostilities pending further talks of the Tribal Leadership regarding the matter.
As for the ownership of C-PEWN system it is currently neither Tribal Souls nor ASCN space.
As for yourself Mister Stoner you could at least have the decency to post with your main character rather than a (at the time of writing) 17 day old alt in a n00b corp

Who cares about who wanted to start talks?
If there is genuine interest in stopping a war, talks always start. I find it incredibly petty to try to "blame" someone for attempting peace talks, whoever it was.
