jump in a dual web ranis and make them cry. or a rifter. or an incursus. or a arty claw. or beam sader.
and more to the point: do not let the crow start orbiting you. if he does, fly against his orbit.
most crow pilots dont seem to be able to do much but turn on mwd and launchers and hit orbit at 18km. it's lame as hell but easy enough to get round.

vs
Typical Std Claw
High - 2xArby Std Launcher, 2x150mm AC II
Medium - MWD II, Faint Warp Scram
Lows - MAPC, 200mm Rolled, Small Armor Rep II, Adapt Nano II
Who wins? Person sucking mad cap just from MWD/Disruptor or Claw tanking for his cap.

the thing with the plated rocket crow is that their are other intys that can tank it and beat it down. whereas with the light missile crow you can in theory stay well out of web range and keep massive transversal while your missiles still do good damage, while a turret ceptor has to fight for low transversal to keep damage on you. it makes crows easier to fly long range.
