This is a sort of How I failed in EvE story.
So first things first..
I started as a miner... mined the **** out of some asteroids... made the first couple of billions... enjoyed it to the point at which I knew all the ins and outs of mining, including afk mining, including observing market trends and playing the market here and there to get some extra tens of millions ISK daily with no effort. Due to the fact that I work from home a lot I got the time to mine but I got bored after some time and started to explore EvE alone. IGÇÖve become a good explorer solo in cheap ships while doing 200-400 mil a day from low-sec sites only. IGÇÖve explored in systems with a fleet of 8 MacharielGÇÖs and 2 dictors hunting me down. IGÇÖve rarely lost ships because I like to play it safe and I like to mind-**** with my hunters. At that time I understood how incredible an Arbitrator is if you use it right. Even the hated drake made a good solo-exploring ship as soon as I got AWU to IV and was able to fit it nicely. In some time IGÇÖve found a friend in the corp doing the same thing and we got things rolling together, we started venturing further and further into unknown and hostile space, we started doing WH anomalies together. We were hunted most of the time but the money were still rolling. Those were my best days I guess... after 3 months he took a new job and he had to leave.
After a while I eventually moved to null-sec. Started rolling more and more isk up to the point at which a 3 bill Tengu was a cheap thing... got bored of shooting rats with no purpose so I returned to exploring again... explored all the north region of EvE alone, and ventured more and more into wh space. After I got to 15bil ISK I started wondering... what the **** am I doing... why make all these money if weGÇÖre only flying Nagas and Tornados and Tempests... I got more and more disappointed as in over 60 fleets I didnGÇÖt shoot a thing in my Naga... we were always running and never engaging... if weGÇÖre the rulers of this piece of space we might as well look for fights rather than repair pos and ship-spin home again... so I thought...the next step should be wh... maybe there I would fight more and maybe I will get to fly my 3 ships that I want to fly : Abaddon, Arhcon, Revelation [by that time I was within 50-60 days training to get into them with good overall lvl IV support skills... not spectacular but decent]. So IGÇÖve found a wh corp which took me in [already had good explorer skills due to my liking of exploration] and had some fun with the guys. The only problem was that we donGÇÖt run sites in our hole because x and y pilots run those... so only American TZ was allowed to do that... IGÇÖm self sufficient and screw that I said to myself; IGÇÖll get my money from other sources and screw them again. But me and a good friend at that time started working on a plan, we had 4 toons together 2 each and we have started testing on sisi on a way to run single-escalation anomalies with the 4 toons and not share anything with anyone else. We tested that over and over again and 500 mil / 35 minutes for both of us was awesome. I wonGÇÖt share the setup as it probably is old news for some of the wh vets. And then... someone stole his ships from the POS, he also fried his cpu and I was alone again... he never returned. At that time I still remained in the corp for some time but I got bored and I knew that IGÇÖm never going to fleet the ships I want to fly and decided to stop for a while.
After a 1 year hiatus IGÇÖve re-activated my accounts and I really donGÇÖt know what IGÇÖm expecting. Decided IGÇÖm a bit bored by the things that IGÇÖve done in the past and want something new GÇô with a side spin : I still enjoy exploring. IGÇÖve tried lately to do PvP and I recon I donGÇÖt like frigate, destroyer, cruiser PvP GÇô the fight itself is dictated by speed and speed alone. I would like a fleet of battleships with Logi support and have some fun with that. ThatGÇÖs what I would really like to do. Maybe fly in a fleet of bombers from time to time... I find those funny as well.
What I would like to know is : if there is any corp out there that fleets Amarr battleships [including Bhaalgorns and Nightmares] on a regular basis with the opportunity to fleet Archons and Revelations too. I want a close-knit corporation so we get to fly together a lot [EU timezone mostly 10pm to 2-3am GMT]. My toon trained for warfare can fly Amarr, Caldari and Minmatar battleships, with Amar being the only ones with T2 weapons. I can also fly Legion and Tengu with fully T2 fits. Armor and shield tanking skills are IV with a few Vs here and there. Gunnery is all lvl IV or V. [both my toons are 19/20 mil skillpoints]
What IGÇÖm interested is to find a place for me. A family so to speak, we make money GÇô we get some shinny battleships and then we blow them. IGÇÖm self sufficient with my ISK and donGÇÖt need help on doing that and at the same time IGÇÖve got no reason to make more as I canGÇÖt spend it on what I like to do.
I also donGÇÖt care about game politics at all. I want to learn to be a logistic pilot and a battleship/carrier/dread pilot. I thought IGÇÖm going to learn that in null and was so deceptively mistaken by my own dreams.
There is also the possibility that what I want isnGÇÖt to be found which is also ok. Any opinions are more than welcome and any form of stupidity will be ignored.
