What will the faction of these drones be?
About their stats, I think you should reconsider the amount of light T2. Between T1 and T2 you have a difference of 6 for heavy, 4 for meds, it should be 2 for lights, not 1.
From a percentage perspective thats an increase of 20% for Heavy between T1 and T2, 33% for Medium, and 17% for Lights. Would be cool to raise it to 33%. It would be the higher increase but we're talking about light drones which repair insignificant amounts anyway.

Logistic drones and ECM (or E-war in general? I don't know.) drones cannot assist anyone, they do not have the option to.
They should fix that. ECM would be easy because its an offensive mechanism. Logistics on the other hand would have to see their assist triggered, not on agression, but on reps.
Assists with logistics is a tricky part because you could then, assuming you're two players with a drone bay, use your drone bay to increase your tank, which obviously isn't something the drone bay is meant to do. At least not in another way than "shredding to pieces what's attacking you" kind of tank.
Edit: Of course, drone assist is also a broken mechanism in itself with its perfectly coordinated 4-second alpha for sentrys. But leaving it for non-sentry drones seems a viable thing to me. That's another debate though... Just don't expect any minor change do drone assist before they eventually rewamp the whole system once and for all.
