I've had this problem recently too.
I managed to get a peek into it before being rebounded away and realised there was nothing valuable, so I went on my way.

if it wont let you get closer than 5k u need t2 data or relic hack .. i guess this is their way of making them worth training for ? |

It's not just you, I noticed that too. CCP seems to have changed the model of the station in the last pocket of that plex, the old one used to be more broken, with cracks in it you could fly through. Now this complex is not worthwhile (less than it used to be before). |
