Like it says in the title really. I have been flying an apoc and have decent skills for it but recently i bought myself a raven i was wandering if someone can list all the best skills specific to fly the raven to a high quality thanks.

One important skill seems to be Cruise Missile Spec, because it lets you use high damage and high precision cruise missile, which makes the Raven much more flexible.
This is based on hearsay more than experience, but I know certain people live in mortal fear of a precision cruise Raven.

All raven related skils to minimum 4, but 5 is recomended.

Get all the missiles skills except the specs to 5 and then u'll pwn many innocent lives  and btw you also need to have good egineering skills

I'd say:
Fitting:
Engineering/Electronics 5
Weapon upgrades 5
Advanced weapon upgrades 4 (5 if time)
Cap:
Energy management 5
Energy systems operations 5
Tanking
Shield operation 5
Shield compensation 5
Tac. Shield Manipulation 3/4 would do good
Drones
As much as possible for those pesky frigates (tech II might be a good idea)
Missiles
Cruise missiles 4
Guided missiles precision 4
Missile projection/bombardment 3/4
Rapid launch 4
Warhead upgrades 4
Target navigation prediction 4
Plus the usual navigation/electronics skills..

I have to agree fully with the Drones thing...
Scout Drones 5
Drones 5
Drone Interfacing 3-4
Drone Durability 2-3
Combat Drones 3-4
<Race> Drone Specialization 3-4
This should with some quick maths not only suffice for 5xT2 Medium Drones that eat Frigates (AFs-Interceptors) to breakfast but also be quite able to eat most cruisers solo or add another 60-90 DPS to your monster Torp-Raven.
Which is another thing... Get Torpedoes to 4 if you intend to be doing any PVP. Torpedoes rip through battleships like they were made of paper.

Do you really need this answered? You ask the same 5 questions on a weekly basis between this forum, the Ships and Modules forum, and the Missions forum.

If you have nothing constructive to add, why post at all. The fellow is just being inquisitive, and sure he might be lazy. However that gives you no right to bite his head off.
As far as the OPs original question, I would say that the above posters certainly covered everything really important.

Right click on the ship/modules in question, click on the skill requirement tab and watch.

Just because the Caldari state has given the most support to it's pod pilots, has had the best record of keeping their own people alive in wars while inflicting heavy casualities, and beleives that corporations (not the despotisms all other races are) are the best way to force creativity and tolerance among their race, doesn't mean you should give them ****.
