this isnt a rant or moan but as ccp would like more people into 0.0 space where all the good spawns are which they are very nice i make alot of money ratting out here.. only thing is i have noticed over the last 4-5weeks everytime i get a domination spawn (dread for guristas and so on) it drops not alot really.. out of about 10 different dominatino spawns ive had one T2 implant and ive beed killing these spawns where the bs rat is worth upto 12mil in bounty?? anyone else having the same trouble with this??

yeah domi spawns suck
i got aprox 10-15 doination bs spawns
they never dropped something good just arch angel ammo and a tag the rest is standart loot
got aprox 10 cruisers and found one 10mn mwd and one domination assault launcher

Cruisers usually drop the best loot.
I know someone who has got 5 t2 implants in the time you've been npcing. I personally havent had a domination spawn down where we are yet, but of the people I know who have, theyve had nice loot, one person got a domination web and a warp disruptor all in one  .
I made 100m in loot + bounties in under a day recently (read : Yesterday), and for that reason, I dont think theres anything wrong with loot drops.

dude im not moaning about the loot drops but when you kill a 12mil domination battleship you expect about more than named arch angel ammo or a gold domination tag this has happened 95% of the time.. i think you would feel abit like WTF is going.. if it happened once or twice then fair game but this much is abit silly really..

They are very unpredictable,they can drop nothing for ages,or drop several items in one go.Last spawn dropped a faction webifier and a disruptor all in one.
I plan on suiciding it on PvP anyway

Carebear!!! wtf are you goign on about.. i npc hunt to fund my PVP and dread needs.. yeah we can all make 100's of 1000000's of isk from ratting in 0.0 im just talking about the named npc's.. if you dont have anything nice or constructive to say then STFU!!!!!!!!!

It's an issue with Domination spawn, and TomB already replied to it a month or so ago. Didn't confirm or deny there was a issue, but said that all loot would be looked at in Kali i believe.
Domination loot sucks though. I got 2 Domination Items from 11 Domination spawns. I can get 4-6 Dread Guristas items from a single spawn.

On the topic of Domination spawns I have to concur. 14 kills with no dom mods where before it was 1 in 10 with nada. Sometimes yopu would 2 or 3 faction mods (very rare that). Waiting till Kali is just plain unfair really, this is a balance issue after all and should be tended to asap.

The Dread Guristas sure do seem to be on a tight budget these days. One faction item out of 10 drops.
As long as the regular Guristas keep chucking arbalest cruise missile launchers at me I'm happy.

yeah i remember the good old pre-coldwar patch when arb siege and cruise launchers were worth a mint.. only thing left is the best named cargo expanders still worth a pretty penny or so ,i heard sanshas drop them..

I dont; hunt in 0.0 but my understaning was if it has a large bounty the loot sucks. Low bounty better Loot. So your reward is either isk or loot.

well young nooblit.. the higher the bounty the better the loot.. so in the case of a dread or dominatino spawns the loot shoudl rock and get some nice named mods and good bountys.. you see were all greedy and want more and more the whole time !!

Actually you can make a lot of money off of good spawns, like dread, domination, shadow, etc. Even some of the standard loot will sell for quite a bit of money, but for the amount of time it takes to get one of those F*****g rare spawns if it says Dread or shadow or domination it should drop something according to its name, for instance i have gotten in total about 6 dread gurista spawns and have only found a dread gurista warp distruptor, if the rares arent going to drop the loot more often specified to there anme they should spawn more often, either that have higher bounties. Oh and how do you get deadspace items.

I just want to point out that if the npc's drop the loot more frequently it will lose value.

well first of all, even if they never drop better loot, will that stop you from hunting them? are you really going to boycott 0.0 rats? i dont think so. personally, since ive been in 0.0 ive completely abandoned my Empire missions for hunting in 0.0.. now when i jump clone to Empire to take care of a few errands, im bored out of my mind waiting 24 hours till i can resume killing belt rats.
sure wed all love to have better and bigger rats drop +5 T2 implants everyother kill, but its just not realistic. I hardly collect loot unless its less than 20 km from me, and i end up refining it at an outpost since its way too much effort to haul my 35 Heavy Nos up to Empire to sell for a mil a peice.
bottom line, its not that big of a deal. yeah itd be nice, but if its not gonna provoke you to fly to CCP and picket out front, stop whining about it.
oh, and be nice to the noobs.

Dude im not whining about it would just be nice out of the 10-15 dominations spawns ive killed for something to drop nice thats all im saying.. i recycle all my loot unless its worth selling all the rest get turned to mins which can be very lycrative..

I've killed my fair share of officers (sanshas mostly) and I must say I agree. I've only once gotten anything of value.
But on the other hand I never collect the loot, maybe the bs loot, and if I do I melt it down for minerals.
But I can hardly complain, the bounty I get more than makes it worth while.
