I've seen post for lvl 4 setups in many ships. but none for a Typhoon. I can't find anything by searching.
I currently use a phoon for lvl4's and can tank most missions. Plus the large drone bay cap lets my keep 4x heavies 5x meds and 5x lights. what i would like know is if there is an awsome phoon setup for lvl4 and/or PvE any one can suggest.

i have a Typhoon to Tank Em/Threm and a Tempest the Tank Exp/Kin
My tyhoon setup is
hi-slot
2 torps, 2 heavys, 3 425 L, 1 tractor beam,
Mid-Slot
4 cap rechagers
Low-Slot
1 Large AR, 1 small AR, 1 Em hardners, 2 Threm Hardners
1 1600mm Plate

Sort of similar to one i use, except:
Highs
4 x 1400 t2
2 x heavies
2 x Seige
Mid
4 x cap rechargers t2
Lows
1 x L armor rep t2
1 x pdu t2
4 x hardners (mix of passive and active) depending on npc
1 x whatever u want
Using exactly the same with the drones as the op
The pdu comes into play more so if you wanna fit a 2nd armor rep and it also helps out as i've got 14's fitted.
Seens quite a few variations on this (i.e dropping the heavies for a nos, taking one cap charger out for an AB or sensor booster, ect)
Guess it depends more on your style of play, but hoping this gives u a few more ideas 
Must admit though - prefer using my tempest

my solo short range mission fitting
4x 425mm Scout
4x Siege II
1x 90% webber
3x Cap Recharger II
1x Large Armor Repper II
1x Internal Force Field Array I (dmg control)
1x Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
1x Armor Explosive Hardener II
1x Armor Kinetic Hardener II
1x Armor Explosive Hardener II
1x 1600mm Armor Plate II
5x Hammerhead I
5x Heavy Armor Maintenance Bot I
nearly 80% resitance on all dmg types 
i use the medium drones because they are better against npc frigs and cruisers
and with the 5 repair drones i can give 600 Armor/ 10sec to my gangmates
and if a gangmate send 5 repair drones at me, i can go afk

What size missiles do you use in a seige?

For the launching of torpedoes and cruise missiles.

Nice. Thnx for the Ideas ppl. I'm still new to the game and spent months semi-PvP and low-sec & 0.0 ratting. Recently decided into solo missioning. As I use the Lows setup as most of yous. I still need test ideas for the Highs and Meds because some mission take me too damn long to do solo. Fortunately I got the excellent Mission 'Pirate Slaughter' to test these setups on for the next 7 days.
