I don't know about the drone bonus but Amarr could use a BS with more mid slots in the sense of Khanid manufacturing and missile bonusses would make sense too. (they don't necesarily have to build Tech2 ships only :) Whatever it is, i hope they are noticably different role wise from current BS.

You are not getting a ship that can fit 8 1400II's with the same bonuses as the Tempest, deal with it.
PRoposal to fix blobbing and make Charisma useful.

some amarr tier3 should either use missiles a little more or give bonus to smartbomb range and cap use
