hey,
a corpy of mine got killed today in scheenis a 0.5 system by a -10.0 pirate. Scheenis should be SAFE space isn't it. they used a dread to warp in with a cyn field and go kill my corp member, there is no sign of any concord action against them. Do we pay 15 EUR to get shot up in safe space ? We petitioned and what did we get back ? Sry we can't do anything about that ... is THAT customer service ? We would like to see the guys who used this exploit punished or at least reprimended

Concord was scared and didnt want to loose their ships....
Seriously tho, I think you will find your friend was ina .4 system as cyn fields cannot be deployed in .5 and above.. But if for some strange reason all is true then yes file a petition as an exploit not cause of ship loss.
On a side note....THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "SAFE SPACE" you can be killed everywhere, just in .5 and above concord will save or try to avenge your ships death.

it was definitely in scheenis being 0.5. We double checked it just to make sure
the petition was normally posted in exploit though

You can build a carrier (and I tink a dread too) in above 0.4... the point is that once you leave you wont be able to get there again with it. But you can even have one in high sec if you build it there, ever thought about it? So are you really sure that he used a field to warp in?

hey, I'm indeed not sure about the field, only certainty there is thats that it was a dread and a -10.0 in a 0.5 system. And when we got back to the place where it happend there was only one can that one of my corpmate so no sign of concord action whatsoever against the offender
