Over the past few weeks Exodus has been discussing its position in the EVE galaxy. Our Corp has been having a rough time, members and directors leaving due to frustration and bordem.

Since Venture left, IRON has been held up by mostly EXO directors apart from Killer2, Einstine and Warchild(ROFL). Who deserve credit as they have done alot of work. But this has put alot of stress on the EXO directors, and in return, as you may have noticed from the forums, they get whinage, win/loss, good/bad, its just whine whine whine. Due to this, EXO started losing directors, they had enough of putting in 200% and getting back nothing.

When IRON was formed all those months back with venture, there was a clear decision, no other corps that ever joined would have any say however so small in what IRON did. However, this message seems to have been lost, with half the corps in IRON forgetting this and deciding they do have the right to make decisions. At one point DOFA actaully tried to get a BURN EDEN member in as a leader of IRON. When they were denied they conviniently left 1-2 days later without any noticed and with no explaintion. Fine, i might have had a go at killmore a few times for forming an ATUK kill charity but what the hell, he deserved it. Anyway Im going off topic.

Corps seem to have forgotten what being in an alliance is all about, there is hardly any working together between certain corps now, with bickering between members and leadership, aswell as posts on our forums which seem to just want to destroy morale, while positive acomplishments get little or no recognition. This is not the upbeat fun IRON i knew and loved, the complete opposite infact.

EXO has also been losing members to corps that are free from alliance ties and POS wars, free from the restraints of taking care of a region.

The long standing member corps of IRON (INTG/P-SYS/EXO) are not having fun anymore, all of these have already thought of leaving IRON once before. Its simple, at our current state, we dont enjoy eve, we dont enjoy the POS wars, we dont enjoy the blob wars and we dont enjoy maintaining a region/sovreignty.

So we say **** it... Goodbye to the whiners, goodbye to corps like AUS-C, ARROW and FFEW who tried to overthrow us and take our baby from us. Goodbye to POS's, Goodbye to outposts (which has been tottaly repaid back now), Goodbye to Politics in general and most of all, with a heavy heart, goodbye to deklien, our home, for many years. We are guna go have some FUN!

As of today, ARROW, FFEW and AUS-C were all kicked from IRON. Only INTG, SYN and EXO remain. We will become a small, tight nit, none deadweight alliance like IRON used to be. We will move out of dek, and let whatever entities exist there form thier own alliance and take the stations.

No hostile entities had anything to do with this break, so dont pat yourselves on the back, if anything friendlies were more influential.

G and RZR alliances along with any entities that live in DEK/FADE/Outerring will remain friendly to IRON at this current time. EVERYTHING else is now hostile. Afterall, a fun environment needs lots of reds .

To G: You have always been a massive help, and we owe alot to you, you can call upon us whenever you need, or you can kill us, your choice.

To the Residents: Thankyou for your excellent contributions to IRON through mining since its birth. And GL to the former IRON corps that now reside there, Killer2, you do a good job, continue to do so.

To BoB: Crap region, you can have it.

To All our enemies: Thankyou for the FUN you have provided for us in dek, and be prepared for alot more.

Over the next couple of days, IRON/EXO will rebuild in empire (most likely gaining back most of the directorship).

Then the fun shall begin.
